NTA It told a parliamentary committee on Thursday that it is looking to phase out dependence on test-delivery agencies by developing in-house capabilities covering both software and hardware, to tighten the scope of access to the question-setting process, thereby reducing the possibility of malpractices. Higher Education Secretary Vineet Joshi and NTA Director General Abhishek Singh gave the information to the committee headed by Congress MP Digvijay Singh.
