गौरतलब है कि पिछले 10 सालों से चार बड़े जिलों में हर साल दुकानें खाली रह जाती थीं. कहीं दुकानों को दूसरी जगह शिफ्ट करने का मसला था तो कहीं कुछ और। इस बार इसके लिए आबकारी विभाग ने पहले ही होमवर्क पूरा कर लिया था। आबकारी आयुक्त अनुराधा पाल ने बताया कि सभी जिलों में पहले से ही तैयारी की जा रही थी.

हर प्रकार की समस्या का समाधान समयबद्ध तरीके से किया गया। इसी का परिणाम है कि सात जिलों में शत-प्रतिशत दुकानों की व्यवस्था हो गयी है. विभाग ने दुकानों को प्राप्त करने का लक्ष्य भी निर्धारित कर दिया है. वित्तीय वर्ष 2026-27 के लिए यह लक्ष्य 2604 करोड़ रुपये निर्धारित किया गया है. वहीं, अगले वित्तीय वर्ष का लक्ष्य 2693 करोड़ रुपये है. चालू वित्तीय वर्ष के लिए कुल राजस्व लक्ष्य 5400 करोड़ रुपये है.

इसमें से 2604 करोड़ रुपये सिर्फ दुकानों से हासिल करने का लक्ष्य है। कमिश्नर अनुराधा पाल ने कहा कि हर साल कार्रवाई में अनियमितताएं देखने को मिलती थीं, लेकिन अब व्यवस्थित व्यवस्था लागू कर दी गई है। इससे राजस्व लक्ष्य में भी बढ़ोतरी देखने को मिलेगी.
