सेहरा पहनकर निकला दूल्हा, रास्ते में गोली मारकर हत्या, शादी की खुशियां मातम में बदलीं।
उत्तर प्रदेश के जौनपुर जिले से एक बेहद दर्दनाक और चौंकाने वाली घटना सामने आई है, जहां बारात लेकर जा रहे दूल्हे की बीच रास्ते में गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी गई। इस घटना से पूरे इलाके में सनसनी फैल गई है. बताया जा रहा है कि बाइक सवार दो अज्ञात बदमाशों ने दूल्हे की कार रोकी और उस पर फायरिंग कर दी. गंभीर रूप से घायल दूल्हे को अस्पताल ले जाया गया, लेकिन डॉक्टरों ने उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया. शादी वाले घर में खुशियों की जगह मातम छा गया है.
हमला बारात के दौरान हुआ
जानकारी के मुताबिक, सरायख्वाजा थाना क्षेत्र निवासी आजाद बिंद की शादी खेतासराय थाना क्षेत्र के बीबीपुर गांव निवासी सोनी बिंद से तय हुई थी. शुक्रवार की शाम दूल्हा बारात लेकर दुल्हन के घर जा रहा था। जैसे ही बारात बीबीपुर गांव पहुंचने वाली थी, ये खौफनाक हादसा हो गया.
कार रोककर गोलियां चलाई गईं
बताया जा रहा है कि दूल्हे की कार को अपाचे बाइक पर सवार दो नकाबपोश बदमाशों ने अचानक रोक लिया. इसके बाद उन्होंने दूल्हे पर अंधाधुंध फायरिंग कर दी. गोली दूल्हे के पेट और मुंह में लगी, जिससे वह गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गया और कार में ही गिर पड़ा. पीछे चल रही बारात की गाड़ियों में अफरा-तफरी मच गई और लोग डर के मारे इधर-उधर भागने लगे।
अस्पताल में डॉक्टरों ने उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया
घटना के बाद पुलिस और बारातियों की मदद से घायल दूल्हे को तुरंत जिला अस्पताल ले जाया गया, लेकिन वहां डॉक्टरों ने उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया. इस खबर के बाद दोनों परिवारों में कोहराम मच गया. शादी का माहौल पल भर में मातम में बदल गया और डीजे भी बंद कर दिया गया.
दुल्हन और परिवार का बुरा हाल
दूल्हे की मौत की खबर सुनते ही दुल्हन रोने लगी. उन्होंने कहा कि दूल्हे ने वादा किया था कि वह सेहरा लेकर आएगा, लेकिन यह सपना अधूरा रह गया. डर के कारण कई बाराती मौके से लौट गये.
पुलिस जांच में जुटी
घटना की जानकारी मिलते ही वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक कुंवर अनुपम सिंह मौके पर पहुंचे और परिजनों से बातचीत की. पुलिस मामले की जांच में जुट गई है और कई टीमें गठित की गई हैं. आसपास के सीसीटीवी फुटेज और कॉल डिटेल की जांच की जा रही है। पुलिस प्रेम प्रसंग समेत कई पहलुओं से हत्या की जांच कर रही है.

In the notification, after reviewing the reports of the returning officers and election observers, the voting to be held on April 29 at these booths has been declared cancelled.Due to allegations of irregularities in the second phase, demand for re-polling was raised in 77 booths of four assembly constituencies. There was no re-polling at any booth in the first phase of voting.According to sources, special observer Subrata Gupta, who visited Diamond Harbor on Thursday to monitor the checking and verification process, had recommended repolling at 11 booths in Magrahat West, four in Diamond Harbor and 30 in Falta.“During the investigation, several disturbing findings emerged, including allegations that CCTV cameras at several polling stations were switched off, preventing real-time monitoring from the control room due to network disruption,” sources said.There were also complaints that EVMs were tampered with by using tape to cover party symbols at some booths, except in one party. “Although the presiding officers reportedly removed the tape around 1 pm, by then around 58% of the voters’ voting had already been recorded,” sources said.There are a total of 285 polling booths in Falta Assembly constituency, with some booths reportedly recording 100% voting.
A bench of Justices JB Pardiwala and KV Vishwanathan said the problems faced by tribunals “need to be addressed on a war footing, otherwise the very object and purpose of implementing the IBC will be defeated”. It said NCLTs play an important role in the economy, as they try to keep companies that are “going into trouble due to various factors and keep them afloat”, but the situation prevailing in these tribunals is serious and depressing.In its order, the court noted that most of the tribunal’s staff, including the post of Registrar, are appointed on a temporary basis and the entire staff of NCLT, Mumbai had once gone on strike as salaries were not paid on time.The Supreme Court said that “as per the report forwarded by the Registrar of NCLT, the Principal Bench, 363 applications (resolution proposals) are awaiting approval”.“As clarifications have been sought, the delay ranges from 48 days to 738 days. In some cases, the delay is up to four years. The reasons cited are mainly lack of adequate infrastructure and lack of infrastructure resulting in half-day sitting of the benches, especially due to exchange of combinations and pendency of large number of objections on the resolution plan filed by various stakeholders.”The statutory sanctioned strength for all NCLT benches is 63 members – including a Chairperson and 31 judicial members and the same number of technical members. At present, only 28 judicial members and 26 technical members are posted on all the benches.
