“Operation Epic Fury has ended,” U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced Thursday morning. New Delhi: A day after the Bharatiya Janata Party’s historic victory in the West Bengal Assembly elections, state party president Samik Bhattacharya on Tuesday urged the administration to take strict action against those indulging in post-poll violence.Speaking to reporters, Bhattacharya warned that BJP workers found involved in such activities would be expelled from the party.“Post-poll violence will not be tolerated in any form. If anyone from our party is found involved in it, we will be forced to remove them,” he said.He said, “I would like to urge the administration to take necessary action wherever such incidents occur. This is why the people of West Bengal have elected the BJP.”He also accused TMC workers of attacking their own candidates.He said, “Two hours after the results, a TMC candidate called Dilip Ghosh asking him to come to his rescue. Dilip Ghosh asked him for his address, to which he said he was in the party office. He told the candidate that they were with him during the elections.”He said, “The candidate said that they are TMC people but now they are coming to beat him. This was bound to happen. TMC is not a political party.”Meanwhile, news agency PTI reported that a high-level meeting was held at the BJP’s Bidhannagar office to discuss measures to prevent violence and maintain law and order in the post-result scenario, which was attended by central observers and senior state leaders.The discussion also focused on ensuring that there is no repeat of the violence reported after the 2021 assembly elections, when the BJP accused the ruling Trinamool Congress of targeting its workers.The BJP has secured 207 of the 293 seats that went to polls, securing a two-thirds majority and paving the way for its first government in West Bengal. Trinamool Congress has won 80 seats.

यूपी के कौशांबी जिले में शिक्षा व्यवस्था को बेहतर बनाने के लिए प्रशासन लगातार सक्रिय नजर आ रहा है. इसी क्रम में जिलाधिकारी डॉ. अमित पाल ने उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालय बिदनपुर आमाद करारी का निरीक्षण किया। निरीक्षण के दौरान उन्होंने स्कूल की व्यवस्था, छात्रों की उपस्थिति और शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता का जायजा लिया. शिक्षकों से आवश्यक जानकारी लेने के साथ ही कई महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश भी दिये गये. जिलाधिकारी ने साफ कहा कि बच्चों की शिक्षा और सुविधाओं में किसी भी तरह की लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी और शिक्षा के स्तर में सुधार लाना प्राथमिकता होनी चाहिए.

विद्यालय की स्थिति एवं जानकारी प्राप्त की
निरीक्षण के दौरान जिलाधिकारी ने प्रधानाध्यापक से विद्यालय में नामांकित छात्रों की संख्या एवं कार्यरत शिक्षकों की जानकारी ली. उन्होंने यह भी जाना कि कितने बच्चे नियमित रूप से स्कूल आ रहे हैं। इस दौरान उन्होंने निर्देश दिया कि बच्चों की उपस्थिति बढ़ाने का प्रयास किया जाये, ताकि अधिक से अधिक छात्र शिक्षा से जुड़ सकें.

एक्सपर्ट टेबल न मिलने पर नाराजगी जताई
निरीक्षण के दौरान जिलाधिकारी ने पाया कि विद्यालय में दक्षता तालिका नहीं लगी है. इस पर उन्होंने नाराजगी व्यक्त की और प्रधानाध्यापक को यथाशीघ्र कुशल टेबल लगवाने का निर्देश दिया. उन्होंने कहा कि इस तरह की व्यवस्था से शिक्षा का स्तर सुधारने में मदद मिलती है और इसे नजरअंदाज नहीं किया जाना चाहिए.

मध्याह्न भोजन की गुणवत्ता पर दिया गया जोर
जिलाधिकारी ने विद्यालय में मिलने वाले मध्याह्न भोजन की गुणवत्ता पर भी विशेष ध्यान देने को कहा. उन्होंने निर्देश दिये कि बच्चों को मानक के अनुरूप स्वच्छ एवं पौष्टिक भोजन दिया जाये। इससे बच्चों का स्वास्थ्य भी अच्छा रहेगा और वे पढ़ाई में भी अच्छा प्रदर्शन कर सकेंगे।

अनुशासन और पढ़ाई पर विशेष ध्यान दें
निरीक्षण के दौरान उन्होंने स्कूल में अनुशासन बनाए रखने और शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता में सुधार लाने पर जोर दिया. उन्होंने कहा कि शिक्षक बच्चों को बेहतर तरीके से पढ़ाएं और उन्हें सीखने के लिए प्रेरित करें।

There have been mixed reactions to Gujarat’s SSC 2026 results. Students unhappy with their marks can opt for rechecking, applications will start immediately after the result. Those who failed get a second chance through a supplementary examination using the ‘Best of Two’ system. It provides a structured path to academic improvement for all students

For many Class 10 students in Gujarat, SSC Result 2026 brings mixed emotions. While some students have passed with good marks, some have disappointed or failed in one or more subjects. The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) has provided clear options for such situations, including re-checking of marks and supplementary examination under the best of two system.If students are not satisfied with their marks, they can apply for GSEB SSC marks verification or re-checking. Applications will open few days after the result declaration and students have to apply within the given deadline. Fees will be charged per subject, but rechecking does not guarantee higher marks, as the result may increase, decrease or remain unchanged.Students who failed in one or more subjects still have one more opportunity through SSC Supplementary Exam 2026 (Best of Two System).

SSC Result 2026 Gujarat: Supplementary Exam/Best of Two Explained

The examination fee for supplementary examinations is fixed at Rs 155 for one subject, Rs 225 for two subjects, Rs 285 for three subjects and Rs 415 for more than three subjects. However, girl students and disabled students are exempted from paying the examination fee. All applications should be submitted online only, as offline or postal applications are not accepted.Only those students who appeared in the February-March 2026 main examination are eligible for the supplementary examination. Private candidates or students who have not appeared in the main examination cannot apply directly.The Best of Two system allows students to retake exams in failed subjects or improve their scores, and the better of the two attempts is considered for the final result. This gives students a fair second chance to pass 10th class.Application for rechecking and best of two is done online only through the official website of the board: Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board gseb.org. No offline form (by post or in person) is accepted. Students are advised to keep visiting the website for updates.Failing or scoring low marks in SSC 2026 is not the end of the road. With the rechecking and best-of-two supplementary examination system, students get a structured second chance to improve their performance and move ahead academically.

उत्तराखंड बोर्ड की 10वीं और 12वीं की परीक्षा में जिन विषयों के विद्यार्थियों ने 100 फीसदी अंक हासिल किए हैं, उन विषयों के शिक्षकों को सम्मानित किया जाएगा. शिक्षकों को उनके सम्मान में स्मृति चिन्ह और प्रमाणपत्र दिया जाएगा। अब तक केवल मेधावी विद्यार्थियों को ही सम्मानित किया जाता रहा है, जबकि पहली बार शिक्षकों को भी सम्मानित किया जाएगा।

इस वर्ष उत्तराखंड बोर्ड परीक्षा में हाईस्कूल के 28.20 प्रतिशत छात्र प्रथम श्रेणी में उत्तीर्ण हुए हैं। जबकि 42.86 सेकेंड डिविजन से पास हुए हैं। इसके अलावा इंटरमीडिएट में 41.32 फीसदी छात्र फर्स्ट डिवीजन और 34.82 फीसदी सेकेंड डिवीजन में हैं. वहीं, कई छात्रों के विभिन्न विषयों में 100 प्रतिशत अंक हैं। उत्तराखंड बोर्ड पहली बार ऐसे शिक्षकों की पहचान कर उन्हें पुरस्कृत करने की तैयारी कर रहा है.

उत्तराखंड बोर्ड के सचिव विनोद सिमल्टी ने बताया कि विभाग की ओर से उत्कृष्ट परिणाम देने वाले शिक्षकों को चिन्हित किया जा रहा है. ऐसे शिक्षकों की संख्या दो सौ या उससे भी अधिक हो सकती है. शिक्षकों को सम्मानित करने से निश्चित रूप से शिक्षकों को प्रोत्साहन मिलेगा।
