प्रदर्शन के दौरान जिला मंत्री अभिमन्यु उपाध्याय ने कार्यकर्ताओं को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि हाल की कुछ घटनाएं समाज के लिए चिंता का विषय है. उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसी घटनाओं में शामिल आरोपियों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की जानी चाहिए ताकि भविष्य में ऐसी घटनाओं की पुनरावृत्ति न हो. इसके अलावा जिला संरक्षक भगवान बक्श सिंह और जिला कोषाध्यक्ष रामजी अग्रहरि ने भी अपने विचार व्यक्त किये और कार्यकर्ताओं से सचेत रहने की अपील की.

ज्ञापन सौंपकर कार्रवाई की मांग की
प्रदर्शन के बाद कार्यकर्ताओं ने राष्ट्रपति को संबोधित ज्ञापन जिला प्रशासन को सौंपा. यह ज्ञापन एसडीएम गौरीगंज प्रीती तिवारी ने मौके पर पहुंचकर प्राप्त किया। कर्मचारियों की मांग है कि उनकी मांगों को गंभीरता से लिया जाए और उचित कार्रवाई की जाए।

मुजफ्फरनगर स्थित रिजर्व पुलिस लाइन में सहारनपुर परिक्षेत्र के पुलिस उप महानिरीक्षक एम अभिषेक सिंह द्वारा वार्षिक निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के दौरान पुलिस लाइन की विभिन्न शाखाओं, व्यवस्थाओं एवं संसाधनों का गहन अवलोकन करते हुए अधिकारियों को आवश्यक निर्देश दिये गये।

निरीक्षण की शुरुआत परेड ग्राउंड से हुई, जहां पुलिस बल ने औपचारिक सलामी देकर वरिष्ठ अधिकारी का स्वागत किया. इसके बाद ग्रुपवार परेड का निरीक्षण किया गया और अनुशासन, टर्नआउट और प्रस्तुति की गुणवत्ता का मूल्यांकन किया गया।

परेड निरीक्षण के साथ-साथ अनुशासन एवं तत्परता पर विशेष बल दिया गया

पुलिस लाइन स्थित बैरक का निरीक्षण करते हुए वहां रहने वाले पुलिसकर्मियों से संवाद स्थापित किया गया। उनकी समस्याओं की जानकारी लेते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों को त्वरित समाधान सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिये गये.

बैरक एवं आसपास के परिसर में साफ-सफाई बनाये रखने हेतु भी आवश्यक निर्देश दिये गये।

मोटर परिवहन शाखा और वाहनों के रखरखाव की जाँच

निरीक्षण के दौरान मोटर परिवहन शाखा का भी विस्तृत निरीक्षण किया गया. सरकारी वाहनों की स्थिति, रख-रखाव एवं रजिस्टरों में प्रविष्टियों की समीक्षा कर संबंधित कर्मियों को नियमित निरीक्षण एवं रख-रखाव सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

यह सुनिश्चित करने पर जोर दिया गया कि आपातकालीन स्थितियों के लिए वाहन हमेशा तैयार रहें।

शौचालय, नाई की दुकान एवं पुलिस कैफे व्यवस्था का परीक्षण

पुलिस लाइन परिसर में स्थित शौचालय एवं नाई की दुकान का निरीक्षण करते हुए साफ-सफाई की स्थिति को परखा गया। इसके बाद पुलिस कैफे का निरीक्षण किया गया, जहां खाद्य पदार्थों की गुणवत्ता उच्च स्तर पर बनाये रखने के निर्देश दिये गये.

इस प्रकार की सुविधाओं का सीधा संबंध पुलिस कर्मियों के कल्याण से माना जाता है।

लाइब्रेरी और इंटरनेट कनेक्टिविटी की भी समीक्षा की गई

पुलिस लाइन स्थित लाइब्रेरी का निरीक्षण करते हुए पुस्तकों के रख-रखाव एवं इंटरनेट कनेक्टिविटी की स्थिति जांची। प्रशिक्षण एवं अध्ययन की दृष्टि से पुस्तकालय की उपयोगिता को महत्वपूर्ण बताते हुए व्यवस्थाओं को और बेहतर बनाने पर जोर दिया गया।

क्वार्टर गार्ड एवं शस्त्रागार की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की जांच।

निरीक्षण के दौरान क्वार्टर गार्ड में तैनात पुलिस बल द्वारा औपचारिक सलामी दी गई। इसके बाद गार्ड ड्यूटी पर तैनात जवानों की टर्नआउट और सतर्कता को परखा गया.

शस्त्रागार का निरीक्षण करते हुए राजकीय हथियारों के रख-रखाव, रजिस्टर व अभिलेखों का बारीकी से अवलोकन किया। साथ ही वहां लगे सीसीटीवी कैमरों की कार्यप्रणाली की भी जांच की गयी.

कैश कार्यालय एवं सहायक कैंटीन का भी निरीक्षण किया

निरीक्षण के दौरान कैश ऑफिस के अभिलेखों व रजिस्टरों की जांच की गयी. इसके बाद सहायक कैंटीन का निरीक्षण किया गया तथा वहां उपलब्ध दैनिक उपयोग की वस्तुओं एवं स्टॉक रजिस्टर की स्थिति का अवलोकन किया गया।

संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक व्यवस्थाएं नियमित रूप से अद्यतन रखने के निर्देश दिये गये।
