Even if the war stops and a ceasefire is obviously very welcome. But the impact is already there,” Alexandre De Croo, UNDP Administrator and former Prime Minister of Belgium, was quoted by The Guardian as saying.“You will see a lasting impact, especially in poor countries, where you push people back into poverty. That’s the most heartbreaking element. The people who are being pushed back into poverty are often people who were in poverty before, came out of it and are now being pushed back.”The head of the International Monetary Fund has warned that the “chilling impact” of the conflict has already caused lasting damage to the global economy, even if peace prevails.UNDP called for a global response to support the most affected countries. It recommended targeted and temporary cash transfers to protect vulnerable households, estimating that about $6 billion would be needed to offset the impact for those below the poverty line.De Croo said international agencies and development banks could support such measures. “There is a positive economic benefit to giving short-term cash transfers to keep people from falling back into poverty,” he said. मुजफ्फरनगर समाचार: उत्तर प्रदेश के मुजफ्फरनगर जिले से एक दर्दनाक और चौंकाने वाला मामला सामने आया है। यहां एक 27 वर्षीय युवक ने फांसी लगाकर आत्महत्या कर ली। घटना तितावी थाना क्षेत्र के गढ़ी देशराज गांव की है, जहां युवक का शव उसके ही घर के कमरे में फंदे पर लटका मिला. घटना की जानकारी मिलते ही पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और शव को कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज दिया. इस मामले में सबसे चौंकाने वाली बात यह है कि युवक ने आत्महत्या करने से पहले एक सुसाइड नोट भी छोड़ा है, जिसमें उसने अपनी प्रेमिका और उसकी मां पर गंभीर आरोप लगाए हैं.
सुसाइड नोट में लगाए गए गंभीर आरोप
मृतक आयुष ने अपने सुसाइड नोट में लिखा है कि उसकी मौत के लिए उसकी गर्लफ्रेंड अंशिका भारद्वाज और उसकी मां बबीता भारद्वाज जिम्मेदार हैं. उन्होंने बताया कि वह पिछले कुछ सालों से अंशिका के साथ रिलेशनशिप में थे, लेकिन इस दौरान उन्हें लगातार मानसिक रूप से प्रताड़ित किया गया.
पैसों की मांग और ब्लैकमेलिंग का आरोप
सुसाइड नोट के मुताबिक, आयुष ने आरोप लगाया कि उसकी गर्लफ्रेंड और उसकी मां उससे बार-बार पैसे मांगती थीं। इतना ही नहीं वह उसे ब्लैकमेल भी करती थी. युवक ने लिखा कि उसे उसकी कुछ निजी तस्वीरें वायरल करने की धमकी दी गई, जिससे वह लगातार तनाव में रहने लगा.
तनाव में आकर उठाया खौफनाक कदम
आयुष ने अपने सुसाइड नोट में कहा कि इन हालातों से परेशान होकर उसने इतना बड़ा कदम उठाया. उन्होंने अपनी मौत के बाद अपने परिवार और पुलिस प्रशासन से आरोपियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई करने की अपील की है.
पुलिस और फोरेंसिक टीम ने जांच शुरू की
घटना की जानकारी मिलते ही पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और जांच शुरू कर दी. शव को कब्जे में लेकर पंचनामा भरकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज दिया गया। साथ ही फॉरेंसिक टीम को भी बुलाया गया है और मौके से साक्ष्य जुटाए गए हैं.
क्या कहा पुलिस अधिकारी ने
इस मामले में सीओ फुगाना यतेंद्र नागर ने बताया कि सुबह आत्महत्या की जानकारी मिली थी. मौके पर पहुंचकर जांच की गई तो मृतक की पहचान नीरज (27 वर्ष) पुत्र आयुष के रूप में हुई। उन्होंने कहा कि परिजनों द्वारा लगाए गए आरोपों की गहराई से जांच की जा रही है.
आगे की कार्रवाई जारी है
पुलिस को मौके से एक सुसाइड नोट मिला है, जिसे जांच के लिए अहम आधार माना जा रहा है. परिजनों की तहरीर के आधार पर भी कार्रवाई की जा रही है. पुलिस का कहना है कि सभी पहलुओं की गहनता से जांच की जाएगी और जो भी तथ्य सामने आएंगे उसके अनुसार सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी.
