The caption of the post reads, “As I wake up this morning, I realize that I have lost my partner in crime, my best friend, the one person who completed my entire world and the first person to hold me when I was born. What do I do now? Who do I wake up in the morning to hug and drink tea with? Famous singer of Indian music industry, Asha Bhosle breathed her last on April 12, 2026 at the age of 92. Reportedly, he died of multiple organ failure at Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai. Asha Tai, as the industry fondly calls her, was cremated with full state honors, wrapped in the Indian tricolor, at Mumbai’s Shivaji Park. Prominent personalities from the world of film, music and politics had come to pay their last respects to the great singer.
