वीकेंड पर हर बार की तरह इस बार भी दिल्ली-एनसीआर से लोग सुकून की तलाश में देहरादून और आसपास के इलाकों में पहुंचे हैं। एक्सप्रेसवे खुलने के बाद लोगों का सफर का समय भी कम हो गया है. महज ढाई से तीन घंटे में लोग देहरादून में प्रवेश कर रहे हैं। ऐसे में देहरादून और आसपास के पर्यटक क्षेत्रों में बाहरी लोगों की भारी भीड़ रहती है। वहीं देहरादून और प्रदेश में अब वो शांति नजर नहीं आ रही है. देहरादून में भी रविवार को तापमान 40 के करीब पहुंच गया. आमतौर पर मई और जून में महसूस होने वाली करमी इस बार अप्रैल के आखिरी सप्ताह में ही महसूस होने लगी।

यहां आने वाले लोगों का कहना था कि दिल्ली की गर्मी और धूल से बचने की जद्दोजहद यहां आने के बाद भी खत्म नहीं हुई। कुछ लोगों का कहना है कि देहरादून के हालात देखकर ऐसा लगता है कि यहां भी सुकून भरी रात गुजारना मुश्किल है। दिन में भीषण गर्मी के बीच रात में भी गर्म हवाएं परेशान कर रही हैं। निर्माण स्थल से उड़ती धूल यहां भी एनसीआर के मौसम का अहसास कराने लगी है। इसका असर यह हुआ कि दोपहर में स्थानीय लोग घरों से निकलने में कतराते रहे, लेकिन शाम होते-होते राजपुर रोड पर काफी चहल-पहल रही।

इस अभ्यास का सबसे बड़ा आकर्षण ‘टच एंड गो’ होगा, जिसमें लड़ाकू विमान रनवे को छूने के तुरंत बाद तेज गति से उड़ान भरेंगे। यह अभ्यास आपात स्थिति में राजमार्ग को रनवे के रूप में उपयोग करने की क्षमता का परीक्षण करने के लिए किया जाता है। इससे पता चलता है कि वायुसेना किसी भी परिस्थिति में कितनी तेजी से काम कर सकती है।

सुरक्षा और दर्शकों के लिए खास इंतजाम
अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक अखंड प्रताप सिंह ने बताया कि सभी तैयारियां पूरी कर ली गई हैं। आवागमन के लिए वैकल्पिक मार्ग बनाए गए हैं ताकि लोगों को परेशानी न हो। सुरक्षा के लिए भारी पुलिस बल तैनात किया गया है. दर्शकों के लिए एक विशेष गैलरी बनाई गई है, जिसे तिरंगे के रंग में सजाया गया है.

लोग उत्साहित हैं, एयर शो का इंतजार कर रहे हैं
इस आयोजन को लेकर इलाके में भारी उत्साह है. पहली बार लोग भारतीय वायुसेना के लड़ाकू विमानों को इतने करीब से उड़ते और करतब दिखाते देखेंगे. यह एयर शो देश की सैन्य ताकत का शानदार प्रदर्शन होगा, जिसमें बड़ी संख्या में लोगों के शामिल होने की उम्मीद है.
