The police action followed statements by Khan sir’s bodyguards, who reportedly told investigators that he had instructed them, “You open fire, I will handle the rest.” Based on these statements, the police booked them under section 109 of the Indian Justice Code (BNS).The case pertains to the clash that took place at the coaching center on June 2, during which videos had emerged showing bodyguards opening fire. The police have already arrested both the guards and sent them to jail.
