सीएजी की विश्लेषण रिपोर्ट में खुलासा हुआ था कि 1377 लोग दोहरी पेंशन ले रहे हैं. समाज कल्याण विभाग ने इस मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी थी. पता चला कि ये खेल करीब 12 साल से चल रहा था. 1377 में, 93 लोगों की मृत्यु हो गई और सत्यापन के दौरान 314 नाम हटा दिए गए।
