कानपुर समाचार: कानपुर शहर में खस्ताहाल सड़कों की समस्या अब सिर्फ लोगों के लिए समस्या नहीं रह गई है, बल्कि यह विवाद और हिंसा का कारण भी बनने लगी है। ऐसा ही एक मामला रावतपुर थाना क्षेत्र में सामने आया है, जहां सड़क की खराब हालत पर हल्का मजाक करना एक ग्राहक को महंगा पड़ गया. आरोप है कि एक दुकानदार और उसके बेटे ने मिलकर ग्राहक की बेरहमी से पिटाई कर दी, जिससे वह गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गया. घटना के बाद इलाके में हड़कंप मच गया और मामला पुलिस तक पहुंच गया.

दूध लेने गए ग्राहक से विवाद शुरू हो गया
जानकारी के मुताबिक, शारदा नगर निवासी अमित सिंह प्राइवेट कर्मचारी हैं। रविवार दोपहर वह पास के जनरल स्टोर पर दूध लेने गया था। इस दौरान उन्होंने मजाक-मजाक में दुकान मालिक संजय सिंह भदौरिया से सड़क की हालत के बारे में पूछा कि क्या यह सड़क अब बनने वाली है. यह बात दुकानदार को नागवार गुजरी और वह अमित सिंह से बहस करने लगा.

दुकानदार और बेटे पर मारपीट का आरोप
पीड़ित अमित सिंह का आरोप है कि विवाद बढ़ने पर दुकानदार संजय सिंह और उसका बेटा सौरभ उसे दुकान के अंदर खींच ले गये. इसके बाद दोनों ने मिलकर उसे लाठी-डंडों से जमकर पीटा। मारपीट के दौरान अमित सिंह गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गये और उनके मुंह के तीन दांत टूट गये.

घटना के बाद तंज और पुलिस की कार्रवाई
पीड़ित के मुताबिक, आरोपी ने उसे टूटे हुए दांत देते हुए ताना मारा और कहा कि सड़क बन रही है, अब तुम जहां जाना चाहो जा सकते हो. घटना की सूचना 112 नंबर पर दी गई, जिसके बाद पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और दोनों पक्षों को थाने ले आई। बाद में पीड़ित ने थाने के अंदर से मारपीट का वीडियो बनाकर सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल कर दिया, जिससे मामला और चर्चा में आ गया.

पुलिस जांच में जुटी
थाना प्रभारी कमलेश राय ने बताया कि मामूली बात पर विवाद हुआ था, जिसके चलते मारपीट में युवक का दांत टूट गया है. शिकायत के आधार पर मामले की जांच की जा रही है और आगे की कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी.

मुखबिर की सूचना पर खंडहर में छापा, मौके से मिलीं तीन लग्जरी कारें

पुलिस को सूचना मिली थी कि चोरी और फाइनेंस करने वाला एक सक्रिय गिरोह अवैध रूप से वाहन खरीदकर उनका इंजन और चेसिस नंबर बदल देता है. इसके बाद फर्जी दस्तावेज तैयार कर बाजार में बेच दिया जाता है।

सूचना के आधार पर पुलिस टीम ने बुढ़ाना-कांधला मार्ग से विज्ञान मार्ग स्थित एक खंडहर में छापा मारा, जहां दो संदिग्ध व्यक्ति मौजूद मिले। पुलिस ने उन्हें मौके से गिरफ्तार कर लिया और वहां से तीन फॉर्च्यूनर गाड़ियां बरामद कीं.

फर्जी नंबर प्लेट और दस्तावेज तैयार कर वाहन बेचे जाते थे।

प्रारंभिक पूछताछ में आरोपियों ने बताया कि उनका गिरोह योजनाबद्ध तरीके से काम करता है। गिरोह के अलग-अलग सदस्य अलग-अलग जिम्मेदारियां निभाते थे। कुछ सदस्यों ने वाहन चुराए, जबकि अन्य ने उनके इंजन और चेसिस नंबर मिटाकर फर्जी नंबर प्लेट और दस्तावेज बनाए।

इसके बाद ग्राहक ढूंढकर इन गाड़ियों को बेच दिया जाता था और अवैध कमाई को आपस में बांट लिया जाता था.

अंतरराज्यीय नेटवर्क से जुड़े हैं आरोपी, पुलिस खंगाल रही आपराधिक इतिहास

गिरफ्तार आरोपियों की पहचान आदिल पुत्र जावेद अहमद निवासी जिला कुलगाम (कश्मीर) और मनीष पुत्र ब्रजपाल निवासी गाजियाबाद के रूप में हुई है, जो वर्तमान में मेरठ में रह रहे थे। पुलिस के मुताबिक दोनों आरोपी अंतरराज्यीय स्तर पर सक्रिय वाहन चोरी नेटवर्क से जुड़े हैं.

पुलिस अब उसके अन्य साथियों और नेटवर्क से जुड़े लोगों की तलाश में जुटी है. साथ ही आरोपियों का आपराधिक इतिहास भी खंगाला जा रहा है.

लग्जरी गाड़ियों को ठिकाने लगाने के लिए खास रणनीति बनाई गई थी

जांच के दौरान पता चला कि गिरोह चोरी की महंगी गाड़ियों को सुरक्षित जगहों पर छिपा देता था. इसके बाद इंजन और चेसिस नंबर बदलकर नई पहचान दी गई।

फर्जी दस्तावेज तैयार कर इन गाड़ियों को अलग-अलग जिलों और राज्यों में बेच दिया जाता था, जिससे इनकी पहचान करना मुश्किल हो जाता था.
