अमर उजाला के आह्वान पर दूनवासियों ने दौड़कर पर्यावरण संरक्षण का संदेश दिया। रविवार को अमर उजाला की ओर से पर्यावरण के नाम ग्रीनथॉन- एक कदम दौड़ का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम में मंत्री धन सिंह रावत ने बतौर मुख्य अतिथि शिरकत की.

ग्रीनथॉन-4.0 रेस के लिए सबसे पहले पंजीकरण कराने वाले युवाओं को एक विशेष टी-शर्ट दी गई। मैराथन की शुरुआत जुंबा डांस, पुशअप्स आदि फिटनेस गतिविधियों से हुई।

उत्तर प्रदेश के कौशांबी जिले में स्वच्छता और संसाधन प्रबंधन की स्थिति का जायजा लेने के लिए एक बड़ा अभियान शुरू किया गया। जिलाधिकारी के निर्देश पर 44 जिला स्तरीय अधिकारियों ने 132 ग्राम पंचायतों में आरआरसी संचालित की। (रिसोर्स रिकवरी सेंटर) केंद्र, वर्मी कम्पोस्ट और ई-रिक्शा संचालन। इस निरीक्षण का मकसद यह देखना था कि गांवों में साफ-सफाई से जुड़े काम ठीक से हो रहे हैं या नहीं. जांच के दौरान कई जगहों पर गंभीर लापरवाही सामने आई, जिसके बाद संबंधित ग्राम प्रधानों और सचिवों को नोटिस जारी किया गया है.

निरीक्षण में क्या जांचा गया
निरीक्षण के दौरान अधिकारियों ने आरआरसी केंद्रों के संचालन की स्थिति, समूहों को हैंडओवर करने, ई-रिक्शा के दैनिक संचालन, घर-घर से यूजर चार्ज की वसूली, वर्मी कंपोस्ट उत्पादन और उसकी बिक्री की स्थिति की जानकारी ली। यह भी देखा गया कि ग्राम पंचायतें इन कार्यों से कितनी आय अर्जित कर रही हैं। यह संपूर्ण सत्यापन ग्राम स्तर पर सफाई व्यवस्था को सुदृढ़ करने के लिए किया गया।

कई ग्राम पंचायतों में गंभीर खामियां मिलीं
जांच के बाद यह बात सामने आई कि 7 ग्राम पंचायतों में आरआरसी सेंटर नियमित रूप से संचालित नहीं हो रहे हैं। जबकि 12 केंद्रों का स्क्रैप से कोई संबंध नहीं पाया गया। इसके अलावा 19 ग्राम पंचायतों में यूजर चार्ज लागू नहीं किया गया है और 6 ग्राम पंचायतों में वर्मी कंपोस्ट तैयार नहीं किया जा रहा है। यह लापरवाही प्रशासन के लिए चिंता का विषय बन गई है.

आय और आय का विवरण
अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन, वर्मी कम्पोस्ट और स्वच्छता शुल्क के माध्यम से 132 ग्राम पंचायतों से कुल 1,76,700 रुपये की आय दर्ज की गई है। निरीक्षण के बाद विकास खंड नेवादा, चायल, सिराथू, कड़ा, सरसवां, कौशांबी, मूरतगंज और मंझनपुर की कई ग्राम पंचायतों में कमियां पाई गईं। इनमें किशनपुर अंबारी, चक बादशाहपुर, अफजलपुरवारी, अहिरारा, बसोहनी, ननमई, कटरी, बड़हरी, कोरीपुर, ऊनो, मोहिद्दीनपुर देवछार, दिया उपहार, कोसम खिराज, गौहानी कला और गुलामीपुर शामिल हैं।

एक सप्ताह में सुधार के निर्देश
जिला पंचायत राज अधिकारी ने संबंधित ग्राम प्रधानों व सचिवों को नोटिस जारी कर एक सप्ताह के अंदर आरआरसी केंद्रों का संचालन नियमित करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। प्रशासन ने साफ कर दिया है कि अगर सुधार नहीं हुआ तो आगे सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी.

सरस्वती शिशु मंदिर इंटर कॉलेज चौरासी की छात्रा गीतिका पंत ने उत्तराखंड बोर्ड परीक्षा में 98 प्रतिशत अंक प्राप्त कर प्रदेश में संयुक्त रूप से प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त कर जिले का नाम रोशन किया है। उन्होंने 500 में से 492 अंक हासिल किए. हाईस्कूल में भी उन्होंने 97 फीसदी अंक हासिल कर जिले में टॉप किया. हाईस्कूल परीक्षा में उन्होंने प्रदेश में 10वां स्थान हासिल किया था।

गीतिका के पिता चन्द्रशेखर पंत एक टैक्सी ड्राइवर हैं जबकि मां रितिका पंत एक गृहिणी हैं। उन्हें हिंदी में 99, गणित में 98, फिजिक्स में 99, केमिस्ट्री में 94 और अंग्रेजी में 100 अंक मिले हैं। हाईस्कूल में गीतिका ने हिंदी में 97 प्रतिशत, संस्कृत में 99, गणित में 98, विज्ञान में 98, सामाजिक विज्ञान में 96 और अंग्रेजी में 92 प्रतिशत अंक हासिल किए थे। गीतिका अपनी सफलता का श्रेय अपने माता-पिता और दादा को देती हैं। चन्द्रशेखर पंत और दादी मुन्नी पंत का आशीर्वाद और गुरुजनों को दिया है।

रामनगर के लखनपुर निवासी गोपाल कुमार के पुत्र अक्षत गोपाल ने इस वर्ष हाईस्कूल परीक्षा में 500 में से 491 अंक प्राप्त कर प्रदेश में सर्वश्रेष्ठ स्थान प्राप्त किया है। अक्षत के पिता रामनगर के एक निजी स्कूल में शिक्षक हैं, जबकि मां ममता गोपाल गृहिणी हैं। अक्षत ने बताया कि वह हर दिन चार से पांच घंटे पढ़ाई करता था। इसके लिए उन्होंने कोई ट्यूशन नहीं ली. बताया कि गणित और विज्ञान को समय देते समय उन्हें हिंदी और अंग्रेजी सबसे कठिन विषय लगे। बताया कि हिंदी व अंग्रेजी में अंक कटने की संभावना काफी अधिक है. इसके लिए उन्होंने हिंदी और अंग्रेजी पर ज्यादा ध्यान दिया. बताया कि स्कूल के शिक्षकों ने उसे एक्स्ट्रा क्लास दी. जिसके चलते वह यह मुकाम हासिल कर सके। बताया कि वह भविष्य में इंजीनियर बनना चाहता है।

अयोध्या में मिलावटी और नकली खाद्य पदार्थों के खिलाफ बड़ी कार्रवाई की गई है. शहर में मशहूर ब्रांड ‘फॉर्च्यून रिफाइंड’ ऑयल के नाम पर डुप्लीकेट प्रोडक्ट बेचने का मामला सामने आया है। इस खुलासे के बाद प्रशासन और पुलिस हरकत में आ गई है. बताया जा रहा है कि इस नकली तेल को असली ब्रांड की तरह पैक कर बाजार में बेचा जा रहा था, जिससे आम लोगों की सेहत से खिलवाड़ किया जा रहा था. फिलहाल पुलिस मामले की जांच में जुट गई है और पूरे नेटवर्क का पता लगाने की कोशिश की जा रही है.

मैनेजर की शिकायत पर पुलिस ने कार्रवाई की
जानकारी के मुताबिक कंपनी के सेल्स मैनेजर की शिकायत के बाद यह कार्रवाई की गई. शिकायत मिलते ही कोतवाली नगर पुलिस ने तुरंत कार्रवाई करते हुए वजीरगंज इलाके में स्थित एक गोदाम पर छापा मारा. इस छापेमारी के दौरान पुलिस को भारी मात्रा में नकली ‘फॉर्च्यून रिफाइंड’ तेल मिला, जिसे तुरंत जब्त कर लिया गया.

कोलकाता की टीम ने पहचान में मदद की
इस पूरे ऑपरेशन में कंपनी की एक विशेष टीम भी शामिल थी, जो कोलकाता से अयोध्या पहुंची थी. आईपी ​​लीगल सुप्रिया केतन चतुर्वेदी ने बताया कि कंपनी की टीम ने मौके पर पहुंचकर असली और नकली तेल की पहचान की और पुलिस को आवश्यक जानकारी दी। इसी सूचना के आधार पर पुलिस ने यह बड़ी कार्रवाई की.

छापेमारी के दौरान पुलिस ने देखा कि नकली तेल को असली ब्रांड से मिलती-जुलती पैकेजिंग में पैक किया गया था. इसे बाजार में सप्लाई कर ग्राहकों को चूना लगाया जा रहा था। बक्सों में बड़ी संख्या में डुप्लीकेट उत्पाद पाए गए, जिससे यह स्पष्ट हो गया कि यह एक संगठित अवैध कारोबार था।

पुलिस की जांच जारी है, दोषियों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी
पुलिस अधिकारियों का कहना है कि इस मामले में शामिल लोगों की पहचान की जा रही है और जल्द ही पूरे नेटवर्क का पर्दाफाश किया जाएगा. दोषियों के खिलाफ कड़ी कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी.

नकली उत्पाद सेहत के लिए खतरनाक हो सकते हैं
प्रशासन ने लोगों से खरीदारी करते समय उत्पाद की गुणवत्ता और पैकेजिंग की जांच करने की अपील की है। नकली खाद्य पदार्थों का सेवन स्वास्थ्य के लिए गंभीर खतरा पैदा कर सकता है।
