New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Thursday stayed the Chhattisgarh High Court order that sentenced Amit Jogi to life imprisonment in the 2003 murder case of Ram Avtar Jaggi.The case, which is more than two decades old, relates to the fatal shooting of Jaggi in June 2003. Jogi, son of former chief minister Ajit Jogi, was acquitted by a special court in 2007 due to insufficient evidence.
