Tirupati: A 17-year-old boy was beaten to death with cement bricks by his uncle on suspicion of having an illicit relationship with his wife near Pamurai village in Anantapur rural mandal on Saturday.According to Anantapur rural police inspector N Shekhar, the uncle had long suspected that the boy, an intermediate student of the local college, was having an affair with his wife. Police said that they had fought several times in the past over this matter and the uncle had given the boy a strict warning to stay away from his wife.Boy murdered in brutal attack with beer bottlesOn Saturday night, the accused, who was in an inebriated state, asked the boy to meet him on the pretext of resolving the matter. He took her to an abandoned cement brick factory on the outskirts of the village, where the two again had a heated argument. Enraged, the accused allegedly attacked the boy with beer bottles, beat him to death with cement bricks and fled. Police visited the crime scene and shifted the body to GGH, Anantapur. A case has been registered and raids have been launched to nab the accused.
