मुजफ्फरनगर: चरथावल में गोकशी का आरोपी गिरफ्तार, पुलिस मुठभेड़ में घायल, अवैध पिस्तौल बरामद
मुजफ्फरनगर चरथावल थाना क्षेत्र में गोकशी के मामले में पुलिस ने मुठभेड़ के दौरान घायल हुए एक आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। आरोपी के कब्जे से एक अवैध पिस्तौल बरामद की गई है. पुलिस के मुताबिक, आरोपी ने गिरफ्तारी से बचने के लिए पुलिस टीम पर फायरिंग की थी, जिसके बाद जवाबी कार्रवाई में वह घायल हो गया.
घटना के बाद आरोपी को इलाज के लिए अस्पताल भेजा गया है और मामले में आगे की कानूनी कार्रवाई की जा रही है.
पीआरवी सूचना के बाद पुलिस टीम गांव पावटी के जंगल में पहुंची
22/23 अप्रैल की रात पुलिस को पीआरवी के माध्यम से सूचना मिली कि ग्राम पावटी के जंगल में एक व्यक्ति ने गोकशी के उद्देश्य से एक बछड़े की गर्दन पर हमला कर दिया है। घायल बछड़ा मौके से भाग गया था और आरोपी उसका पीछा कर रहा था.
सूचना मिलते ही पुलिस टीम तुरंत मौके पर पहुंची और ग्रामीणों की मदद से आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया.
घायल बछड़े की मौत, मौका मुआयना के दौरान आरोपियों ने किया हमला
पुलिस आरोपी को घटना स्थल का निरीक्षण करने के लिए जंगल में ले गई थी। इसी बीच आरोपी ने पुलिसकर्मियों से बचकर भागने की कोशिश की.
बताया गया कि उसने पहले से छिपाई हुई अपनी पिस्तौल निकाली और जान से मारने की नियत से पुलिस टीम पर फायर कर दिया, जिससे मौके पर मौजूद पुलिसकर्मी बाल-बाल बच गये.
पुलिस की जवाबी कार्रवाई में आरोपी घायल हो गया
आरोपियों द्वारा गोली चलाने के बाद पुलिस टीम ने घेराबंदी कर आत्मरक्षा में जवाबी कार्रवाई की. इस दौरान आरोपी घायल हो गया और उसे मौके पर ही गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया.
गिरफ्तार आरोपी की पहचान खालापार थाना क्षेत्र निवासी इरशाद पुत्र नफीस के रूप में हुई है।
अवैध पिस्तौल बरामद, आरोपी को अस्पताल भेजा गया
पुलिस ने आरोपी के कब्जे से एक अवैध पिस्तौल बरामद की है. घायल अवस्था में उसे इलाज के लिए अस्पताल भेजा गया है.
पुलिस अधिकारियों के मुताबिक आरोपी की गिरफ्तारी और बरामदगी को लेकर मामले में अग्रिम कानूनी कार्रवाई की जा रही है.
वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के निर्देशन में हुई कार्रवाई
यह कार्रवाई अपर पुलिस महानिदेशक, मेरठ जोन एवं पुलिस उप महानिरीक्षक, सहारनपुर रेंज के निर्देशन में की गई। वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक संजय कुमार वर्मा पुलिस अधीक्षक नगर के पर्यवेक्षण में अमृत जैनक्षेत्राधिकारी सदर डॉ रविशंकर एवं थाना प्रभारी सत्यनारायण दहिया के नेतृत्व में पुलिस टीम ने संयुक्त कार्रवाई की.
पुलिस टीम की सतर्कता से बड़ी घटना टल गई
मुठभेड़ के दौरान पुलिस टीम की त्वरित कार्रवाई से संभावित गंभीर स्थिति टल गयी. आरोपी की फायरिंग के बावजूद पुलिसकर्मियों ने नियंत्रण बनाए रखा और उसे पकड़ लिया.
जिले में अपराधियों के खिलाफ चलाये जा रहे अभियान में इस तरह की कार्रवाई को अहम सफलता माना जा रहा है.
कार्रवाई में पुलिस टीम शामिल थी
इस कार्रवाई में प्रभारी निरीक्षक सत्यनारायण दहिया, उपनिरीक्षक परवेंद्र कुमार, नंदकिशोर, हेड कांस्टेबल हरेंद्र कुमार, सोनू कुमार व कांस्टेबल तेजेंद्र कुमार सहित चरथावल पुलिस टीम के अन्य सदस्य शामिल रहे।
संयुक्त टीम की सक्रियता से आरोपी को शीघ्र ही गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया।
चरथावल थाना क्षेत्र में गोकशी के मामले में मुठभेड़ के दौरान आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी से पुलिस की सक्रियता और सतर्कता स्पष्ट हो गई है। इस कार्रवाई को अवैध हथियारों की बरामदगी के साथ-साथ क्षेत्र में कानून-व्यवस्था को मजबूत करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम माना जा रहा है.
