Neha Pendse has opened up about a disturbing incident that happened to her in Mumbai and described it as the “scariest one second” of her life.In a conversation with Hotterfly, the actress recalled how the incident happened one morning when she was out for a walk.
‘He asked for directions… and then suddenly caught hold of me’
Neha told that a car stopped near them and a person sitting inside asked for directions. Since she couldn’t hear him clearly, she moved closer.“As soon as I went closer, he suddenly caught hold of me and before I could understand anything, he drove away,” she said. ‘I hit his car with my key fob’
Reacting immediately, Neha threw her car key remote at the vehicle.He recalled, “I had the keys to my Cruze car, it had a big block remote. I hit it hard on the car, and it hit the back screen.” (I had my car keys with a heavy remote block. I threw it hard at his car and it hit the back screen.)
‘I was shocked… what if he turns around?’
She said, “He hit the brakes hard… I was in a bad mood. He stopped for a second… I thought what would I have done if he had taken the car into reverse.” (He hit the brakes… I panicked. He stopped for a second and I kept thinking, what if he overturned the car? What would I have done?)According to Neha, the man probably stopped for a while to inspect the damage and then quickly ran away.

Describing it as the scariest moment of her life, Neha said, “That was the scariest one second of my life… which I will never forget.” (That was the scariest one second of my life…something I’ll never forget.)
