In his ruling the judge said, “There is evidence supporting Robinson, including inconsistencies and unusual circumstances, such as encouraging a sister to work out after the attacks. However, proof of actual malice does not meet the clear and convincing standard.He further said that Robinson and his legal team failed to establish that the opposing party acted with “actual malice”, which is necessary to maintain a defamation claim. As a result, the case has been dismissed.This is not the only legal action taken by Robinson. He has also alleged that the plaintiffs destroyed crucial evidence and stole personal property. These claims are currently under investigation and a formal decision is awaited.Four women who previously worked for Robinson have filed sexual harassment lawsuits against him.
