मुजफ्फरनगर होम गार्ड भर्ती परीक्षा 2026: नकलविहीन परीक्षा के लिए प्रशासन अलर्ट, सुरक्षा और सीसीटीवी व्यवस्था के सख्त निर्देश

मुजफ्फरनगर में आयोजित किया जाना है होम गार्ड भर्ती परीक्षा 2026 इसे पूरी तरह नकलमुक्त, पारदर्शी एवं शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से संपन्न कराने के लिए जिला प्रशासन एवं पुलिस विभाग ने व्यापक तैयारी शुरू कर दी है. इस हेतु जिला पंचायत सभागार में वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक मो संजय कुमार वर्मा मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी की अध्यक्षता में एक महत्वपूर्ण समन्वय बैठक आयोजित की गई, जिसमें परीक्षा से जुड़े सभी अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।

यह परीक्षा 25, 26 और 27 अप्रैल 2026 को जिले के विभिन्न केंद्रों पर दो पालियों में आयोजित की जाएगी.

परीक्षा केंद्रों पर सुरक्षा व्यवस्था पुख्ता करने के निर्देश

बैठक के दौरान अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया गया कि सभी परीक्षा केंद्रों पर पर्याप्त पुलिस बल की तैनाती सुनिश्चित की जाये, ताकि परीक्षा के दौरान किसी भी प्रकार की अव्यवस्था या अनुचित गतिविधि की संभावना को खत्म किया जा सके.

इसके साथ ही परीक्षा केंद्रों के आसपास निगरानी बढ़ाने और संवेदनशील इलाकों में अतिरिक्त सुरक्षा व्यवस्था लागू करने पर भी जोर दिया गया.

सीसीटीवी कैमरों की जांच एवं तकनीकी व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश

परीक्षा की पारदर्शिता बनाए रखने के लिए सभी परीक्षा केंद्रों पर लगे सीसीटीवी कैमरों की कार्यक्षमता की जांच करने का निर्देश दिया गया. अधिकारियों से कहा गया कि परीक्षा के दौरान हर कैमरा चालू हालत में रहना चाहिए और लगातार मॉनिटरिंग होती रहनी चाहिए.

इससे किसी भी प्रकार की धोखाधड़ी या नकल की संभावना को प्रभावी ढंग से रोका जा सकेगा।

धोखाधड़ी और नकल रोकने के लिए सख्त कार्रवाई के निर्देश

बैठक में यह स्पष्ट कर दिया गया कि परीक्षा के दौरान नकल या नकल संबंधी कोई भी सूचना प्राप्त होने पर तत्काल कड़ी कार्रवाई की जायेगी. संबंधित अधिकारियों को परीक्षा की शुचिता बनाए रखने के लिए सतर्कता बरतने का निर्देश दिया गया।

प्रशासन का लक्ष्य परीक्षा प्रक्रिया को पूरी तरह से पारदर्शी और विश्वसनीय बनाए रखना है।

अभ्यर्थियों के लिए पेयजल एवं बैठने की उचित व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश

परीक्षा केंद्रों पर अभ्यर्थियों को आवश्यक सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने पर भी विशेष ध्यान दिया गया. अधिकारियों को सभी केंद्रों पर पर्याप्त बैठने की व्यवस्था के साथ-साथ पेयजल जैसी बुनियादी सुविधाएं समय पर उपलब्ध कराने का निर्देश दिया गया।

इससे अभ्यर्थियों को परीक्षा के दौरान किसी भी प्रकार की असुविधा का सामना नहीं करना पड़ेगा।

प्रश्नपत्रों एवं उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं की सुरक्षा हेतु स्ट्रांग रूम की व्यवस्था

प्रशासन ने प्रश्नपत्रों और उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं की सुरक्षा को लेकर भी विशेष सावधानी बरतने के निर्देश दिये. अधिकारियों से कहा गया कि इन्हें स्ट्रांग रूम में ही सुरक्षित रखा जाए और वहां सुरक्षा के उच्चतम मानकों का शत-प्रतिशत पालन सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

सभी सुरक्षा उपकरणों को सक्रिय रखने और निगरानी व्यवस्था को मजबूत रखने पर भी जोर दिया गया.

यातायात व्यवस्था सुचारू बनाए रखने के निर्देश

परीक्षा के दौरान शहर की यातायात व्यवस्था को सुचारु बनाये रखने के लिए संबंधित विभागों को आवश्यक निर्देश भी दिये गये. परीक्षा केंद्रों के आसपास ट्रैफिक नियंत्रण के लिए विशेष योजना तैयार करने को कहा गया, ताकि अभ्यर्थियों को समय पर केंद्र तक पहुंचने में कोई परेशानी नहीं हो.

बैठक में कई विभागों के अधिकारी मौजूद थे

इस महत्वपूर्ण बैठक में अपर जिलाधिकारी (वित्त) गजेंद्र सिंहअपर जिलाधिकारी (प्रशासन) संजय कुमारपुलिस अधीक्षक यातायात अतुल कुमार चौबेपुलिस पर्यवेक्षक कृष्णगोपालसेक्टर मजिस्ट्रेट, डीआईओएस, बीएसए, सभी परीक्षा केंद्र प्रभारी व संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।

सभी अधिकारियों ने समन्वय बनाकर कार्य किया और परीक्षा को सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न कराने का आश्वासन दिया।

होम गार्ड भर्ती परीक्षा 2026 को लेकर हुई समन्वय बैठक में प्रशासन और पुलिस विभाग ने साफ संकेत दिया कि परीक्षा की शुचिता और सुरक्षा से किसी भी स्तर पर समझौता नहीं किया जाएगा. सुदृढ़ निगरानी व्यवस्था, पर्याप्त पुलिस बल एवं तकनीकी सुरक्षा उपायों के माध्यम से परीक्षा को पारदर्शी एवं नकलमुक्त बनाने के लिए व्यापक तैयारियां की गई हैं।

वन विभाग के मुताबिक, पौडी गढ़वाल, उत्तरकाशी और पिथौरागढ जिले जंगल की आग के प्रति अधिक संवेदनशील हैं। मुख्य वन संरक्षक सुशांत पटनायक ने कहा कि जंगल की आग पर्यावरण को प्रभावित करती है. ग्लोबल वार्मिंग के कारण तापमान बढ़ने से आग लगने का खतरा भी बढ़ रहा है। सर्दियों में कम वर्षा और बर्फबारी के कारण जंगल शुष्क हो जाते हैं, जिससे आग लगने का खतरा बढ़ जाता है। यह मौसम परिवर्तन जलवायु परिवर्तन से जुड़ा हुआ है।

अयोध्या में बीजेपी महिला मोर्चा का प्रदर्शन: नारी शक्ति वंदन कानून पर सपा-कांग्रेस के खिलाफ आक्रोश मार्च

अयोध्या में नारी शक्ति वंदन कानून को लेकर महिलाओं का गुस्सा सड़कों पर देखने को मिला. भाजपा महिला मोर्चा के नेतृत्व में सैकड़ों महिलाओं ने प्रदर्शन किया और सपा व कांग्रेस के खिलाफ आक्रोश मार्च निकाला. महिलाओं का आरोप है कि विपक्षी दल इस कानून का विरोध कर महिलाओं के अधिकारों का अपमान कर रहे हैं. इस दौरान प्रदर्शनकारियों ने जमकर नारेबाजी की और पुतला जलाकर अपना विरोध जताया. रैली में बड़ी संख्या में महिलाएं और कार्यकर्ता शामिल हुए, जिससे माहौल काफी गर्म नजर आया.

रैली परशुराम वर्मा महाविद्यालय से तारुन चौराहे तक
यह विरोध रैली परशुराम वर्मा महिला महाविद्यालय से शुरू होकर तारुन चौराहे तक निकाली गई। रैली के दौरान महिलाएं हाथों में तख्तियां लेकर विपक्ष के खिलाफ नारे लगाते हुए चल रही थीं. प्रदर्शनकारियों ने कहा कि दशकों के इंतजार के बाद महिलाओं को 33 फीसदी आरक्षण मिला है, लेकिन सपा और कांग्रेस इसमें अड़ंगा डाल रही हैं. रैली के दौरान ”नारी शक्ति वंदन कानून हमारा अधिकार है” और ”जो महिलाओं का सम्मान नहीं करेगा, वह देश पर क्या राज करेगा” जैसे नारे लगातार गूंजते रहे.

बीजेपी नेताओं ने विपक्ष पर लगाए गंभीर आरोप
रैली को संबोधित करते हुए भाजपा जिलाध्यक्ष राधेश्याम त्यागी ने सपा और कांग्रेस पर तीखा हमला बोला। उन्होंने कहा कि इन पार्टियों की मानसिकता हमेशा महिला विरोधी रही है और यह कानून करोड़ों महिलाओं के सपनों को पूरा करने वाला कदम है. उन्होंने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि केंद्र सरकार ने महिलाओं को राजनीति में 33 फीसदी आरक्षण देकर उनका अधिकार दिया है, जबकि विपक्ष इसे रोकने की कोशिश कर रहा है.

महिलाओं को जागरूक करने के लिए घर-घर अभियान चलाया जा रहा है
भाजपा के मीडिया प्रभारी सुशील मिश्रा ने कहा कि अब महिला मोर्चा की कार्यकर्ता घर-घर जाकर महिलाओं को इस कानून के बारे में जागरूक करेंगी. उन्होंने कहा कि इस अभियान के माध्यम से महिलाओं को उनके अधिकारों और कानून के फायदों के बारे में जानकारी दी जाएगी, ताकि वे और अधिक सशक्त बन सकें.

बड़ी संख्या में नेता और कार्यकर्ता मौजूद थे
इस प्रदर्शन में जिला संयोजक अखंड प्रताप सिंह, जिला महामंत्री शिवम सिंह, युवा मोर्चा के जिला अध्यक्ष सुनील मिश्रा, आशीष तिवारी, भरत श्रीवास्तव, मंडल अध्यक्ष पतिराज वर्मा, विजय लक्ष्मी जयसवाल, सरोज मिश्रा, सुमन पासवान और प्रसूनलता सिंह समेत बड़ी संख्या में महिलाएं और कार्यकर्ता शामिल हुए.
