उत्तर प्रदेश के फतेहपुर जिले में हुए एक सनसनीखेज गैंग रेप मामले ने अब राजनीतिक रंग ले लिया है. 24 अप्रैल 2026 को खागा तहसील क्षेत्र में हुई इस घटना के बाद पुलिस की कार्रवाई और नेताओं के दौरे से माहौल गरमा गया है. पीड़िता और उसके मंगेतर ने पहले तो पुलिस पर मामला दर्ज न करने का आरोप लगाया, जिसके बाद मामला उच्च अधिकारियों तक पहुंच गया. अब इस पूरे घटनाक्रम में विभिन्न राजनीतिक दलों की सक्रियता और प्रशासन की सख्ती ने इसे और अधिक चर्चा का विषय बना दिया है.
शुरुआत में मामला दर्ज नहीं किया गया था
घटना के बाद पीड़िता और उसका मंगेतर खागा थाने पहुंचे और पुलिस को जानकारी दी, लेकिन आरोप है कि पुलिस ने उस वक्त मामला दर्ज नहीं किया. इसके बाद दोनों पुलिस अधीक्षक अभिमन्यु मांगलिक से मिले और उन्हें पूरी कहानी बताई. मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए एसपी ने तत्काल कार्रवाई करते हुए कोतवाली प्रभारी रमेश पटेल को लाइन हाजिर कर दिया. साथ ही दो आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया और तीसरे आरोपी बीजेपी नेता बब्लू सेंगर पर 25,000 रुपये और बाद में 50,000 रुपये का इनाम घोषित किया गया.
राजनीतिक दलों की बढ़ी सक्रियता
यह मामला सामने आने के बाद सपा और कांग्रेस के प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने पीड़ित परिवार से मुलाकात की और हर संभव मदद का आश्वासन दिया. इसके बाद बीजेपी का एक उच्च स्तरीय प्रतिनिधिमंडल भी पीड़ित परिवार से मिलने के लिए निकला, लेकिन प्रशासन ने सुरक्षा कारणों का हवाला देते हुए उन्हें रास्ते में ही रोक दिया.
बीजेपी और पुलिस के बीच झड़प
प्रशासन द्वारा रोके जाने पर भाजपा प्रतिनिधिमंडल और पुलिस के बीच तीखी नोकझोंक हुई. इसके बाद भाजपा नेता जिलाध्यक्ष अन्नू श्रीवास्तव और खागा विधायक कृष्णा पासवान समेत अन्य पदाधिकारी स्थानीय पीडब्ल्यूडी गेस्ट हाउस पहुंचे और करीब तीन घंटे तक वहां रहे। प्रशासन और नेताओं के बीच काफी देर तक बातचीत हुई, लेकिन कानून-व्यवस्था के मद्देनजर उन्हें गांव में जाने की इजाजत नहीं दी गई.

भाजपा नेताओं ने पीड़िता के पिता से फोन पर बात कर उन्हें सांत्वना दी और पुलिस कार्रवाई की जानकारी ली. इस दौरान यह भी चर्चा रही कि प्रतिनिधिमंडल परिवार पर समझौते के लिए दबाव बनाने जा सकता है, हालांकि नेताओं ने इससे इनकार किया और कहा कि वे सरकार की कार्रवाई से संतुष्ट हैं और दोषियों को कड़ी सजा देने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध हैं. अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक ने स्पष्ट किया कि शांति व्यवस्था बनाए रखने के लिए ही नेताओं को रोका गया था। पुलिस ने कहा कि मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच चल रही है और किसी को भी कानून हाथ में लेने की इजाजत नहीं दी जाएगी.

But as per our election rules, candidates and election agents of any party are allowed access to the sealed room,” he said.

Accusing the Election Commission of India of bias, Banerjee said, “Our agent has been arrested, such a one-sided thing has happened. नकरौंदा डकैती और हत्याकांड का आरोपी अकरम और उसका भाई असलम दोनों कुख्यात बदमाश थे. असलम की अपने गिरोह के साथ सहारनपुर और शामली में कई अपराधों में सक्रिय भूमिका थी। साल 2017 में असलम नोएडा पुलिस की फायरिंग का शिकार हो गया.
असलम ने उत्तर प्रदेश में पांच डकैतियां की थीं। अब आठ साल बाद अकरम को देहरादून पुलिस ने मुठभेड़ में मार गिराया. लूट और हत्या के लगभग सभी आरोपियों को कभी न कभी पुलिस ने गोली मार दी है. चार साल पहले यूपी पुलिस के साथ मुठभेड़ में नदीम के पैर में गोली लगी थी. दरअसल, 10 सितंबर 2014 को नकरौंदा में कृषि अधिकारी सुरेंद्र थपलियाल के घर में छह हथियारबंद बदमाश खिड़की की जाली हटाकर घुस गए थे. इस दौरान थपलियाल परिवार भी जाग गया और बदमाशों ने उन्हें तमंचे के बल पर बंधक बना लिया। घर में मौजूद सुरेंद्र थपलियाल का इकलौता बेटा 23 वर्षीय अंकित अकरम से भिड़ गया।
जब अंकित अकरम पर हावी होने लगा तो अकरम ने गोली चला दी। इससे अंकित की मौके पर ही मौत हो गई। पुलिस ने जांच शुरू की तो करीब एक महीने बाद एक बदमाश नदीम को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया. उससे पूछताछ में पांच और बदमाशों के नाम सामने आए। इनमें अकरम, साजिद उर्फ सोनू, साजिद उर्फ पहलवान, सज्जाद उर्फ यामीन और अखलाक शामिल हैं। कुछ दिनों बाद चार और गिरफ्तार कर लिये गये। वहीं, अकरम का कहीं पता नहीं चल सका।
पुलिस ने शामली स्थित उसके घर की कुर्की भी कर ली. उस पर 50 हजार रुपये का इनाम भी घोषित किया गया था. इसी बीच 7 मार्च 2017 को पुलिस ने अकरम को गुजरात के सूरत में एक ढाबे से गिरफ्तार कर लिया. अकरम वहां सलीम नाम से काम कर रहा था। कुछ समय जेल में बिताने के बाद अकरम को कोर्ट से जमानत मिल गई. तब से वह कई अपराधों में शामिल रहा है। पिछले साल 25 मार्च को क्लेमेंटटाउन पुलिस ने भी उसे चोरी के आरोप में गिरफ्तार किया था। उसने पटेलनगर थाना क्षेत्र में भी चोरी की थी।

Bhopal: : Students in Madhya Pradesh performed strongly in the ICSE and ISC exams, with the results announced on Thursday showing a high pass percentage and many almost perfect scores. In the ISC Class 12 exam, Daksh Bhatnagar secured the top rank in the state with 99.25%, while in ICSE Class 10, Krishnali Merchant topped with an impressive 99.6%.Overall, 3,851 candidates from 59 schools appeared for the ICSE, with the pass percentage recorded at 98.94%. Girls outperformed boys with a pass rate of 99.35%, while boys’ pass rate was 98.61%. Only 41 students failed in the examination. In ISC, 1,700 students from 35 schools achieved a 98.76% pass rate, with girls again leading with 99.26% against boys’ 98.32%. Only 21 students did not pass the examination.Category-wise performance remained consistently high, with minor differences between groups. General category students recorded slightly better results in both ICSE and ISC streams, while OBC candidates also posted a strong pass percentage above 98%.
