वाराणसी समाचार: वाराणसी के आदमपुर थाना क्षेत्र के पठानी टोला इलाके के एक मामले ने सबका ध्यान खींचा है. मंगलवार को उत्तर प्रदेश और महाराष्ट्र एटीएस की टीम आईबी अधिकारियों के साथ यहां रहने वाले डॉ. आरिफ अंसारी के घर पहुंची. टीम ने उनके 19 साल के बेटे अबू बकर अंसारी से संदिग्ध आतंकी कनेक्शन को लेकर करीब 8 घंटे तक पूछताछ की. इस घटना के बाद अब डॉ. आरिफ अंसारी पहली बार सामने आए हैं और उन्होंने पूरे मामले पर विस्तार से अपनी राय रखी है.

सोशल मीडिया गतिविधियों से जांच शुरू हुई
डॉ. आरिफ अंसारी के मुताबिक, उनका बेटा सोशल मीडिया पर काफी एक्टिव रहता था. इस दौरान उन्होंने कुछ संदिग्ध हैंडल्स के पोस्ट लाइक किए और उनसे चैट भी की. इसी आधार पर जांच एजेंसियां ​​उनके घर तक पहुंचीं. उन्होंने बताया कि सिर्फ उनके बेटे से पूछताछ की गई और परिवार के किसी अन्य सदस्य से पूछताछ नहीं की गई.

मोबाइल और लैपटॉप जब्त कर मुंबई बुलाया गया
पूछताछ के बाद एजेंसियों ने अबू बकर के दो मोबाइल फोन और एक लैपटॉप अपने कब्जे में ले लिया. डॉक्टर अंसारी ने बताया कि उनके बेटे को आगे की पूछताछ के लिए 22 अप्रैल को मुंबई बुलाया गया है. उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि पूछताछ के दौरान एजेंसियों का व्यवहार पूरी तरह से पेशेवर और सहयोगात्मक था.

ब्रेनवाशिंग और अवसाद का डर
डॉक्टर अंसारी ने बताया कि उनका बेटा फिलहाल NEET परीक्षा की तैयारी कर रहा है और पिछले कुछ महीनों से मानसिक तनाव और डिप्रेशन में था. नवंबर से फरवरी के बीच वह काफी परेशान थे और दवाइयां भी ले रहे थे. इस दौरान वह सोशल मीडिया पर ज्यादा एक्टिव हो गए, जिससे गलत लोगों के संपर्क में आने की आशंका है. उन्होंने ब्रेनवॉशिंग की भी आशंका जताई और कहा कि उन्होंने 4 मार्च के बाद सोशल मीडिया छोड़ दिया है.

धार्मिक कट्टरता से जुड़ाव का खंडन
डॉ. अंसारी ने साफ कहा कि उनका बेटा किसी भी तरह की धार्मिक कट्टरता से नहीं जुड़ा है. वह नमाज जरूर पढ़ते हैं, लेकिन उनका नजरिया संतुलित है. उन्होंने बताया कि बच्चों को मदरसों में न पढ़ाकर शहर के अच्छे कॉन्वेंट स्कूलों में पढ़ाया जाता था.

अकेलापन बड़ी वजह बनता है, एजेंसियों पर भरोसा
डॉक्टर अंसारी ने माना कि उनके बेटे का कोई खास दोस्त नहीं है और वह अपने मन की बातें किसी से साझा नहीं करता. उन्होंने कहा कि संवादहीनता और अकेलापन इस स्थिति का बड़ा कारण बना. उन्होंने जांच एजेंसियों पर पूरा भरोसा जताया और सरकार से बच्चों को सोशल मीडिया के दुष्प्रभाव से बचाने के लिए सख्त कदम उठाने की अपील की.

बुधवार को हल्द्वानी के फतेहपुर स्थित एक निजी स्कूल में मासूम बच्चों के सामने उनका एक दोस्त चक्कर खाकर गिर पड़ा और फिर नहीं उठा। स्कूल प्रबंधन से सूचना मिलने पर अभिभावक पहुंचे और उसे मुखानी स्थित एक निजी अस्पताल ले गए। यहां से उसे एसटीएच रेफर कर दिया गया लेकिन वहां पहुंचने से पहले ही उसकी मौत हो गई। परिजनों के आवेदन पर मजिस्ट्रेट ने पोस्टमार्टम नहीं कराने की इजाजत दे दी.

फतेहपुर निवासी 12 वर्षीय बालक क्षेत्र के एक निजी स्कूल में कक्षा सात का छात्र था। उन्हें तीन दिन से चक्कर आने की शिकायत थी. परिजनों ने उसका इलाज भी कराया। बुधवार को बच्चे ने अपनी मां से स्कूल जाने की जिद की. इस पर उनके परिवार ने उन्हें स्कूल भेज दिया। परिजनों को इस बात का अंदाजा नहीं था कि उनके जिगर का टुकड़ा कभी वापस नहीं आएगा।

क्लास में पढ़ाई के दौरान बच्चा चक्कर खाकर गिर गया. बच्चों ने शोर मचाना शुरू किया तो पूरा स्टाफ क्लास रूम में पहुंच गया। उसके माता-पिता को तुरंत बुलाया गया। परिजन बच्चे को मुखानी स्थित एक निजी अस्पताल ले गए। यहां से उसे रेफर कर दिया गया। बच्चे को एसटीएच लाया गया लेकिन यहां लाने से पहले ही उसकी मौत हो चुकी थी।

परिजनों ने सिटी मजिस्ट्रेट से मुलाकात कर शव का पोस्टमार्टम न कराने की मांग की। परिजनों की मांग पर सिटी मजिस्ट्रेट ने पोस्टमार्टम न कराने का आदेश जारी कर दिया।

बेटे के शव से लिपटी मां

पोस्टमार्टम हाउस में बच्चे का शव स्ट्रेचर पर पड़ा था और मां उससे लिपटकर रो रही थी. वह बच्चे का नाम पुकार कर जगा रही थी. उसके आंसू नहीं रुक रहे थे. जिसने भी ये नजारा देखा उसकी आंखों में आंसू आ गए. माँ ने एक हाथ उसके सिर के नीचे रखा था और दूसरे हाथ से उसके गालों और आँखों को सहलाते हुए उसे उठाने की कोशिश कर रही थी।

पहचान नहीं, हाथ पर टैटू है सुराग!
पुलिस ने शव की पहचान कराने की काफी कोशिश की, लेकिन अब तक महिला की पहचान नहीं हो सकी है. जांच के दौरान एक अहम सुराग सामने आया है. महिला के हाथ पर सूरज का टैटू है और उस पर “जीव” लिखा हुआ है। पुलिस इस आधार पर महिला की पहचान करने का प्रयास कर रही है।

फोरेंसिक टीम ने जुटाए साक्ष्य, शव पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेजा गया
घटना की गंभीरता को देखते हुए फॉरेंसिक टीम को भी मौके पर बुलाया गया. टीम ने मौके से जरूरी साक्ष्य जुटाए हैं। इसके बाद शव को पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज दिया गया है, ताकि मौत का सही कारण पता चल सके. पुलिस को उम्मीद है कि पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट से कई अहम जानकारियां सामने आएंगी.

सीसीटीवी खंगाले जा रहे हैं, कई टीमें गठित की गईं
पुलिस अधीक्षक ने मामले के खुलासे के लिए कई टीमें गठित की हैं. बक्सा फेंकने वाले वाहन और संदिग्ध लोगों की पहचान के लिए आसपास के इलाकों में लगे सीसीटीवी कैमरों की फुटेज की जांच की जा रही है। फिलहाल पुलिस हत्या की आशंका को ध्यान में रखते हुए हर पहलू पर जांच कर रही है.

UAE schools to resume in-person learning from April 20 with hybrid option for private institutions
UAE schools will resume in-person learning from April 20.

Classes are set to reopen in the UAE, with authorities confirming that all students and staff will return to in-person learning from April 20, while private schools retain the option to adopt a hybrid model where necessary. The Ministry of Education announced that in-person education will resume for all enrolled children, students, educational staff and administrative staff in both public and private nurseries, kindergartens and schools from Monday, 20 April 2026. The decision comes after schools have completed the necessary preparation measures, including facility preparation, staff training and updated safety and security procedures, aimed at ensuring a safe and reassuring environment for students and their families. The ministry said that if necessary, private schools will have the freedom to implement the hybrid rotational model in accordance with the approved rules and under the supervision of local education authorities. This approach is intended to reflect the readiness of individual institutions and support smooth implementation. It said schools choosing the hybrid model should deploy staff carefully to maintain continuity of learning. To protect the quality of education and manage workload effectively, teachers should not be required to deliver both in-person and remote lessons at the same time. The officials also said that to ensure continuity of education with flexibility, all educational institutions will be ready to shift to alternative teaching mode as and when required. Following the announcement, Dubai’s Knowledge and Human Development Authority said that private schools in the emirate will resume on-site education depending on their preparedness and full compliance with the health and safety measures set by the relevant authorities.
