मुजफ्फरनगर तुगलपुर कैम्हेड़ा स्थित काउ सेंचुरी में गौ संरक्षण और डेयरी विकास को नई दिशा देने का बड़ा अभियान शुरू हो गया है। यहां निराश्रित गोवंश की नस्ल सुधार योजना के अंतर्गत कृत्रिम गर्भाधान तकनीक के माध्यम से उन्नत नस्ल के बछड़े एवं बछिया का जन्म हुआ है, जिसे पशुपालन एवं डेयरी क्षेत्र में एक महत्वपूर्ण उपलब्धि माना जा रहा है।

पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री संजीव बालियान गौवर्धन गौ सेवा समिति के सदस्यों के साथ गौ अभयारण्य का दौरा किया और पूरे प्रोजेक्ट के बारे में जानकारी साझा की। उन्होंने कहा कि यह अभियान केवल गौ संरक्षण तक ही सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि इसका उद्देश्य भविष्य में दुग्ध उत्पादन बढ़ाना और गौ अभयारण्य को आत्मनिर्भर बनाना भी है.

थार पारकर एवं गिर नस्ल के बछड़ों का जन्म, कृत्रिम गर्भाधान तकनीक से मिली सफलता।

कृत्रिम गर्भाधान के माध्यम से गौ अभयारण्य में थार पारकर नस्ल के दो बछड़े तथा गिर नस्ल की दो बछियाओं का जन्म हुआ है। इनके नाम हीरा, मोती, पद्मनी और नंदिनी रखे गए हैं। इन नवजात जानवरों को देखने के लिए बड़ी संख्या में लोग उत्सुक दिखे.

डॉ. संजीव बालियान ने बताया कि यह कार्यक्रम भारतीय पशु चिकित्सा अनुसंधान संस्थान एवं राष्ट्रीय डेयरी विकास बोर्ड के सहयोग से चलाया जा रहा है। उन्नत नस्ल के सांडों एवं गायों के वीर्य का उपयोग कर निराश्रित गौवंश की नस्ल सुधार का कार्य किया जा रहा है।

विशेषज्ञों के मुताबिक, गिर और थार पारकर जैसी नस्लें अधिक दूध उत्पादन और बेहतर स्वास्थ्य के लिए जानी जाती हैं। इस तकनीक से भविष्य में दूध उत्पादन क्षमता कई गुना बढ़ने की संभावना है.

भविष्य में प्रतिदिन 20 से 25 लीटर दूध देने की संभावना

डॉ. संजीव बालियान ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि इस नस्ल सुधार कार्यक्रम के तहत पैदा होने वाले बछड़ों से भविष्य में प्रतिदिन 20 से 25 लीटर दूध उत्पादन की उम्मीद है.

उन्होंने कहा कि वर्तमान समय में देशी नस्लों का संरक्षण और बेहतर डेयरी उत्पादन दोनों में संतुलन बनाना बहुत जरूरी है। इसी उद्देश्य को ध्यान में रखते हुए यह कार्यक्रम शुरू किया गया है।

विशेषज्ञों का मानना ​​है कि अगर यह मॉडल सफल रहा तो भविष्य में इसे प्रदेश के अन्य जिलों में भी लागू किया जा सकता है. इससे पशुपालकों की आय बढ़ाने और दुग्ध उत्पादन में आत्मनिर्भरता हासिल करने में मदद मिलेगी।

योजना में 500 मवेशियों को शामिल करने की तैयारी

पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री ने कहा कि हरित प्रदेश सहकारी समिति को इस योजना के लिए राष्ट्रीय डेयरी विकास बोर्ड द्वारा मान्यता दी गई है। प्रारंभिक चरण में 500 गोवंशीय पशुओं को नस्ल सुधार कार्यक्रम में शामिल किया जाएगा।

उन्होंने बताया कि अब तक 161 पशुओं में कृत्रिम गर्भाधान की प्रक्रिया पूरी कर ली गयी है. प्रत्येक जानवर की कीमत करीब 25 हजार रुपये है.

गौ अभ्यारण्य में मौजूद निराश्रित बछड़ियों का चयन कर उन्हें उन्नत नस्ल के वीर्य के माध्यम से गर्भाधान कराया जा रहा है, ताकि आने वाली पीढ़ियों में बेहतर नस्ल का निर्माण हो सके।

गौ अभ्यारण्य को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने की योजना, गैस प्लांट और साइलेज मशीन पर फोकस

गौ अभ्यारण्य को सिर्फ गौशाला नहीं बल्कि आत्मनिर्भर मॉडल के रूप में विकसित करने की भी तैयारी है. डॉ. बालियान ने बताया कि परिसर में गैस प्लांट लगाने की योजना पर काम किया जा रहा है।

हालाँकि, राज्य सरकार से अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र नहीं मिलने के कारण यह परियोजना फिलहाल रुकी हुई है। गैस प्लांट शुरू होने के बाद गाय के गोबर से ऊर्जा का उत्पादन किया जा सकेगा, जिससे सेंचुरी के खर्चों को कम करने में मदद मिलेगी.

इसके अलावा परिसर में हरे चारे से साइलेज तैयार करने की मशीन भी लगाई गई है। इससे भविष्य में पशुओं के लिए हरे चारे की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित होगी तथा गर्मी या शुष्क मौसम में चारे की समस्या से काफी हद तक निजात मिल सकेगी।

काउ सेंचुरी में आधुनिक प्रशिक्षण केंद्र बनाया जाएगा

डॉ. संजीव बालियान ने यह भी बताया कि काउ सेंचुरी परिसर में राष्ट्रीय डेयरी विकास बोर्ड द्वारा एक आधुनिक प्रशिक्षण केंद्र तैयार किया जा रहा है। यहां मैत्री के नाम से मशहूर पशु मित्रों को तीन महीने तक विशेष प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा।

प्रशिक्षण पूरा करने के बाद प्रतिभागियों को एक प्रमाण पत्र दिया जाएगा, जिसके बाद उन्हें ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में जानवरों को प्राथमिक चिकित्सा और देखभाल प्रदान करने के लिए अधिकृत किया जाएगा।

इस प्रोजेक्ट पर करीब 14 करोड़ रुपये खर्च हो रहे हैं और अगले तीन महीने में इसके शुरू होने की संभावना है.

छात्रावास एवं आवासीय सुविधाएं भी उपलब्ध होंगी

प्रशिक्षण केंद्र में प्रशिक्षण लेने वाले करीब 80 लोगों के लिए छात्रावास की सुविधा भी उपलब्ध करायी जायेगी. इसके अलावा प्रशिक्षकों एवं शिक्षकों के लिए आवासीय व्यवस्था भी विकसित की जा रही है।

विशेषज्ञों का मानना ​​है कि इससे ग्रामीण इलाकों में पशु चिकित्सा सेवाएं मजबूत होंगी और पशुपालकों को समय पर सहायता मिल सकेगी.

पशुपालन और डेयरी सेक्टर में नया मॉडल बनाने की तैयारी

तुगलपुर कम्हेड़ा स्थित काउ सेंचुरी में चल रहा यह प्रोजेक्ट अब स्थानीय स्तर तक ही सीमित नहीं माना जा रहा है। डेयरी विशेषज्ञों का कहना है कि अगर यह मॉडल सफल रहा तो इसे राज्य और देश के अन्य हिस्सों में भी लागू किया जा सकता है.

गौ संरक्षण, उन्नत नस्ल, डेयरी उत्पादन और ग्रामीण रोजगार के संयोजन की यह पहल आने वाले समय में पशुपालन क्षेत्र में बड़ा बदलाव ला सकती है।

सभी ने इस प्रोजेक्ट को मुजफ्फरनगर के लिए महत्वपूर्ण बताया और उम्मीद जताई कि भविष्य में इसके सकारात्मक परिणाम मिलेंगे।

बरेली समाचार: उत्तर प्रदेश के बरेली जिले से एक दिल दहला देने वाला मामला सामने आया है, जहां 37 दिन पहले हुई दिव्यांग ई-रिक्शा चालक की हत्या का पुलिस ने खुलासा कर दिया है. इस मामले में मुख्य आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है. जांच में पता चला कि हत्या की वजह सिर्फ इतनी थी कि मृतक आरोपी की पत्नी से बात करता था. इससे आरोपी के मन में नाराजगी पैदा हो गई और उसने अपने साथियों के साथ मिलकर युवक की हत्या कर दी. इस घटना के खुलासे के बाद इलाके में एक बार फिर हलचल तेज हो गई है.

यह घटना बरेली के बिशारतगंज थाना क्षेत्र में हुई. पुलिस के मुताबिक मृतक दिव्यांग युवक था जो ई-रिक्शा चलाकर अपने परिवार का भरण-पोषण करता था. गांव के लोग उन्हें मेहनती और सरल स्वभाव का बताते हैं. परिजनों के मुताबिक उसकी किसी से कोई दुश्मनी नहीं थी, लेकिन आरोपी को अपनी पत्नी से बात करना पसंद नहीं था.
