जिला अस्पताल में इन दिनों मरीजों की संख्या तेजी से बढ़ रही है। वरिष्ठ चिकित्सक डॉ. वीरेंद्र वर्मा ने बताया कि गर्मी का प्रकोप शुरू हो गया है और गर्म हवाएं लोगों को बीमार कर रही हैं. उन्होंने कहा कि डिहाइड्रेशन और थकान के कारण सर्दी-जुकाम जैसे लक्षण भी देखने को मिल रहे हैं.

हार्ट और शुगर के मरीजों के लिए ज्यादा खतरा
डॉ. वर्मा ने चेतावनी दी कि हृदय रोग और मधुमेह से पीड़ित लोगों को विशेष सावधानी बरतनी चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसे मरीजों को बिना डॉक्टर की सलाह के बाहर नहीं निकलना चाहिए, क्योंकि अत्यधिक गर्मी उनके लिए घातक साबित हो सकती है. ऐसे मरीजों का परिवार के सदस्यों को भी विशेष ख्याल रखने की जरूरत होती है।
