The judgment said he “acted in a way which aimed to defeat the purpose of migration law and acted in a way which aimed to avoid the requirement of migration law”.OMARA ultimately ruled that Chaddha was “not an honest person or otherwise a fit and proper person to provide immigration assistance”.Chadha was first registered as a migration agent in 2016. पुलिस से शिकायत की, लेकिन कार्रवाई नहीं
