यूपीसीएल के मुख्य अभियंता (वाणिज्य) एनएस बिष्ट ने सभी अधिशाषी अभियंताओं को नियामक आयोग के नियमों के साथ कड़ा पत्र भेजा है। साफ कहा गया है कि नियमों का पालन नहीं करने पर कार्रवाई के लिए तैयार रहें। नियमों के तहत बिजली विभाग की जवाबदेही तय की गयी है. अब सौर ऊर्जा परियोजना के लिए आवेदन पूरा होने के बाद विभाग को सात दिन के भीतर ऊर्जा मीटर अनिवार्य रूप से लगाना होगा। इसके साथ ही इलेक्ट्रिकल इंस्पेक्टर से क्लीयरेंस सर्टिफिकेट लेना भी जरूरी है.

संशोधित नियमों का पालन करना जरूरी है

इसी प्रकार, सोलर प्लांट के चालू होने की तारीख वह दिन मानी जाएगी जिस दिन मीटर लगने और क्लीयरेंस के बाद पहली बार ग्रिड को बिजली की आपूर्ति शुरू होगी। हालांकि, इसके लिए शर्त यह है कि बिजली आपूर्ति शुरू होने के 10 दिनों के भीतर संयंत्र को अपनी क्षमता का कम से कम 75 प्रतिशत प्रदर्शन अनुपात साबित करना होगा।

यूपीसीएल मुख्यालय को शिकायतें मिल रही थीं कि कुछ फील्ड इकाइयां अभी भी अगस्त 2023 के पुराने नियमों के आधार पर काम कर रही हैं। मुख्य अभियंता बिष्ट ने स्पष्ट किया है कि 27 नवंबर 2025 को जारी संशोधित नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वाले अधिकारियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जा सकती है।

बैटरी स्टोरेज सिस्टम का जीवनकाल 12 वर्ष होगा।

भविष्य की जरूरतों को ध्यान में रखते हुए आयोग ने बैटरी ऊर्जा भंडारण प्रणालियों के लिए विस्तृत दिशानिर्देश भी जारी किए हैं। इसके तहत बैटरी स्टोरेज सिस्टम की उम्र 12 साल तय की गई है, जिसे अगले पांच साल तक बढ़ाया जा सकता है। बैटरी परियोजनाओं के लिए पूंजीगत लागत 250 लाख रुपये प्रति मेगावाट तय की गई है। इनके लिए नेट टैरिफ 5.78 रुपये प्रति यूनिट तय है।

इस साल अयोध्या जिले के करीब 4600 छात्र सीबीएसई 10वीं की परीक्षा में शामिल हुए थे. ये छात्र लगभग 60 अलग-अलग स्कूलों से थे। परीक्षा 17 फरवरी से शुरू होकर 12 मार्च तक चली थी. बोर्ड ने सभी स्कूलों को व्यक्तिगत रूप से उनके ईमेल के माध्यम से परिणाम भेजे। खास बात यह है कि इस बार भी सीबीएसई ने कोई मेरिट लिस्ट जारी नहीं की, ताकि छात्रों पर अनावश्यक दबाव कम हो और समग्र प्रदर्शन को महत्व दिया जा सके।
