As AI reshapes work and roles rapidly evolve, Indian employees are turning to continuous learning and skills validation to remain competitive.Globally, 67% of workers reported at least one major workplace disruption, but India is one of the most affected markets. Nearly 98% of employees here report facing at least one barrier to professional success, underscoring the pressure to continually upskill.Yet, India also stands for resilience. The country recorded a Human Progress Index score of 114.4, much higher than the global average of 96.7.The report shows that Indian workers are actively building the future. Nearly nine in ten say they are developing new skills, while 90% believe verified credentials are necessary due to changes in demand for skills.“In the face of a changing job landscape, employees are adapting rapidly,” said Amit Sevak, CEO of ETS. “Adaptability is becoming the new ‘essential’ skill.”A key driver of this change is AI. Indian workers estimate that more than 42% of their work involves AI tools, higher than the global average, and 78% say they use AI primarily to remain competitive, not by choice.Globally, the report points to a growing skills gap. Workers face a 19-point gap between the importance of AI skills and actual proficiency, and 88% expect employers to support upskilling, but only 71% get it.Pressure is turning into anxiety. Another structural gap is emerging around access to credit. While 73% of workers globally want skills certification, only 45% have access, pointing to affordability and availability barriers.The broader global picture is one of continued disruption. The report, based on more than 32,000 respondents from 18 countries, said workers are “trying to aim for a vague future” even as they are building skills in real time.

बाहरी डॉक्टरों की टीम बुलाकर अवैध ट्रांसप्लांट किया गया
शुरुआती जांच में पता चला है कि इस रैकेट में लखनऊ और दिल्ली से डॉक्टरों की टीम बुलाकर अवैध तरीके से किडनी ट्रांसप्लांट किया जाता था. देश के कई राज्यों से युवाओं को पैसे का लालच देकर दानदाता बनने का लालच दिया गया। बाद में तय रकम से काफी कम रकम चुकाने पर उन्हें रिहा कर दिया गया।
लालच देकर बुलाया लेकिन वादा पूरा नहीं किया
मामले में कल्याणपुर आवास विकास-3 निवासी शिवम अग्रवाल उर्फ शिवम का नाम सामने आया है। उसने उत्तराखंड निवासी आयुष को मोटी रकम का लालच दिया और कानपुर बुलाया। आयुष की ओर से 60 लाख रुपये देने का वादा किया गया था. इसके बाद रावतपुर के एक निजी अस्पताल में उनका ट्रांसप्लांट किया गया, लेकिन ऑपरेशन के बाद उन्हें पूरी रकम नहीं दी गई और केवल 9.30 लाख रुपये देकर इसे टाल दिया गया।
विवाद के बाद पूरा मामला सामने आया
जब आयुष को पूरी रकम नहीं मिली तो विवाद शुरू हो गया। इसी दौरान मामले की जानकारी हुई तो स्पेशल टास्क फोर्स, विजिलेंस और स्वास्थ्य विभाग की टीमें सक्रिय हो गईं. संयुक्त टीम ने कार्रवाई करते हुए डॉक्टर समेत कई लोगों को हिरासत में लिया है.
जांच के दायरे में कई बड़े नाम
सूत्रों के मुताबिक इस रैकेट में कई प्रभावशाली लोग और नामी डॉक्टर भी शामिल हो सकते हैं. यह मामला अस्पतालों की आड़ में चल रहे अवैध कारोबार को उजागर करता है. जांच एजेंसियां अब इस पूरे नेटवर्क की गहराई से जांच कर रही हैं.
दूसरे राज्यों से भी जुड़े हैं तार
शुरुआती जांच में इस रैकेट के तार उत्तराखंड और मेरठ से भी जुड़े नजर आ रहे हैं. आने वाले समय में और भी लोगों और अस्पतालों के नाम सामने आ सकते हैं। फिलहाल पुलिस इस पूरे मामले की जांच में जुटी है और दोषियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की तैयारी की जा रही है.

Earlier, he was the General Officer Commanding I Corps, the Army’s premier strike formation.On Wednesday, the current vice-chief, Lieutenant General Pushpendra Pal Singh, is scheduled to take charge as chief of the Western Command, one of the most important operational formations of the Army responsible for guarding the Pakistan border in Jammu, Samba, Kathua and Punjab.Eastern Army Commander Lieutenant General RC Tiwari also retired on Tuesday. He will be replaced by Lieutenant General VMB Krishnan, who has been promoted.Lieutenant General Dheeraj Seth, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Pune-based Southern Command, will be transferred to the Army Headquarters as vice-chief with effect from April 1. Lieutenant General Seth is an Armored Corps officer commissioned in December 1986. He has held a number of command and staff appointments during his career. Before taking charge of the Southern Command in July 2024, he commanded the Mathura-based XXI Strike Corps, one of the Army’s premier strike formations.Lieutenant General Sandeep Jain, currently Chief of Staff of the Southern Command, will be promoted as Southern Army Commander in his place.Lieutenant General Katiyar, who led the Western Command during the conflict with Pakistan last May, had recently said, “During Operation Sindoor, we successfully thwarted Pakistan’s nefarious objectives and achieved success… Beyond regular training, we are undertaking large-scale procurement of new equipment, including drones and counter-drone systems. Wherever required, we are manufacturing these items in our own workshops.“During his tenure as Eastern Army Commander, Lieutenant General Tiwari played a key role in strengthening operational preparedness, enhancing training and capability development in the eastern region. During his military career spanning over three decades, Tiwari served important command roles in both conventional combat and counter-insurgency environments, including command of an infantry battalion for counter-insurgency operations, a mountain brigade in high altitude areas, as General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the elite Black Cat Division and command of 3 Corps (Spear Corps) in Nagaland.

He said the administration should either declare Jammu and Kashmir a risk-free place for politicians and political parties, or ensure proper security.“Recently, Dr Farooq Abdullah had a narrow escape and after that, you removed security from the NC office, where he visits regularly, which is unfortunate,” the Speaker said. “It is a question of those who raise the tricolor, they should be safe.”The Congress also claimed that the security of its Jammu and Kashmir unit chief Tariq Hameed Karra has been withdrawn and the police have informed him that they do not have petrol for escort vehicles and security guards.Earlier, the issue was raised by NC MLAs, with Hasnain Masoodi saying that instead of increasing security at the NC office after the attack on Abdullah, it was withdrawn, and Nazir Gurezi saying that the LG administration would be responsible if any untoward incident occurred. ज़िला मुजफ्फरनगर में मिशन शक्ति फेस-5 मुजफ्फरनगर जेल का निरीक्षण इसके तहत जिला प्रशासन और पुलिस विभाग ने संयुक्त रूप से जिला जेल का व्यापक निरीक्षण किया. इस निरीक्षण में जिला जज मो वीरेंद्र कुमार सिंहजिला अधिकारी उमेश मिश्रा एवं वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक संजय कुमार वर्मा प्रधानमंत्री की मौजूदगी से अभियान को खास अहमियत मिली. निरीक्षण का उद्देश्य जेल में बंदियों को मिलने वाली सुविधाओं की गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करना और विशेषकर महिला बंदियों को उनके अधिकारों के प्रति जागरूक करना था।
निरीक्षण के दौरान अधिकारियों ने जेल परिसर की व्यवस्थाओं का बारीकी से मूल्यांकन किया और शासन की मंशा के अनुरूप सुधारात्मक निर्देश दिये।

निरीक्षण की शुरुआत पुरुष और महिला बैरक के निरीक्षण से हुई, जहां अधिकारियों ने सुरक्षा व्यवस्था, साफ-सफाई और रहने की स्थिति का विस्तृत अवलोकन किया। अधिकारियों ने यह सुनिश्चित करने पर विशेष जोर दिया कि कैदियों को निर्धारित मानकों के अनुसार सुरक्षित और व्यवस्थित वातावरण प्रदान किया जाए।
रसोई का निरीक्षण करते हुए भोजन की गुणवत्ता, साफ-सफाई एवं निर्धारित मेनू के अनुपालन की समीक्षा की गयी. संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये गये कि भोजन व्यवस्था में किसी प्रकार की लापरवाही न बरती जाये तथा बन्दियों को समय पर पौष्टिक एवं स्वच्छ भोजन उपलब्ध कराया जाये।

उन्हें महिला हेल्पलाइन 1090 और 181 अन्य आपातकालीन सेवाओं की जानकारी दी गई। उन्हें यह भी बताया गया कि किसी भी तरह की समस्या होने पर वे बिना डरे प्रशासन से संपर्क कर सकते हैं.
महिला बंदियों को आत्मनिर्भरता एवं आत्मविश्वास के साथ जीवन की नई दिशा अपनाने के लिए प्रेरित किया गया, ताकि वे भविष्य में सकारात्मक बदलाव की ओर बढ़ सकें।

इस दौरान अधिकारियों ने यह भी सुनिश्चित किया कि शिकायतों का समय पर और पारदर्शी तरीके से समाधान किया जाए।
कारागार कार्यालय, अभिलेख व्यवस्था एवं आगंतुक रजिस्टर का निरीक्षण किया गया।
निरीक्षण के अगले चरण में जेल कार्यालय का दौरा शामिल था, जहां रिकॉर्ड रखरखाव और प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था की समीक्षा की गई। यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कि दौरा प्रक्रिया व्यवस्थित और पारदर्शी तरीके से संचालित की जा रही है, विजिट रजिस्टर की जाँच की गई।

निरीक्षण के दौरान जेल में स्थित अस्पताल का भी गहनता से निरीक्षण किया गया. अधिकारियों ने कैदियों को दी जा रही दवाओं की उपलब्धता, ओपीडी व्यवस्था और चिकित्सा सुविधाओं की गुणवत्ता का मूल्यांकन किया।
निर्देश दिये गये कि उपचार व्यवस्था में किसी भी प्रकार की शिथिलता स्वीकार नहीं की जायेगी तथा प्रत्येक बन्दी को समय पर चिकित्सा सुविधा उपलब्ध करायी जाये।
मिशन शक्ति चरण-5: मुजफ्फरनगर जेल निरीक्षण में प्रशासनिक अनुशासन और सतर्कता पर जोर
निरीक्षण के अंत में जिला जेल अधीक्षक को शासन की मंशा के अनुरूप सभी बंदियों को आवश्यक सुविधाएं सुनिश्चित कराने के निर्देश दिये गये। साथ ही शातिर बंदियों पर लगातार नजर रखने और जेल परिसर में प्रतिबंधित वस्तुओं के प्रवेश पर रोक लगाने के लिए कड़ी निगरानी रखने को कहा गया.
जेल परिसर की साफ-सफाई को प्राथमिकता देने तथा सुरक्षा मानकों का कड़ाई से पालन सुनिश्चित करने का भी निर्देश दिया गया.
पुलिस बल को सतर्कता एवं संवेदनशीलता बनाये रखने के निर्देश दिये गये
मिशन शक्ति फेस-5 मुजफ्फरनगर जेल निरीक्षण के दौरान जेल में तैनात पुलिस बल को भी अनुशासन, सतर्कता एवं संवेदनशीलता के साथ अपनी ड्यूटी करने के निर्देश दिये गये। अधिकारियों ने कहा कि जेल की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था में किसी भी तरह की कोताही स्वीकार नहीं की जायेगी.
इस अवसर पर सहायक पुलिस अधीक्षक मो सिद्धार्थ के. मिश्रा एवं क्षेत्राधिकारी नई मण्डी राजू कुमार साव अन्य पुलिस अधिकारी व कर्मचारी भी मौजूद रहे।
मिशन शक्ति चरण-5 मुजफ्फरनगर जेल निरीक्षण के तहत आयोजित इस संयुक्त निरीक्षण को महिला सुरक्षा, कैदियों के अधिकारों की रक्षा और जेल प्रणालियों की पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम माना जा रहा है। प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों द्वारा दिये गये निर्देश से स्पष्ट है कि जेल में सुरक्षा, साफ-सफाई, चिकित्सा सुविधा एवं महिला सशक्तिकरण से संबंधित प्रयासों को और अधिक प्रभावी बनाने पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जा रहा है, ताकि कैदियों को सुधारात्मक वातावरण प्रदान किया जा सके.
