उत्तर प्रदेश समाचार: मेरठ के बहुचर्चित सौरभ हत्याकांड की सुनवाई अब अंतिम चरण में पहुंच गई है. बुधवार को इस मामले में 20वें गवाह का बयान जिला जज कोर्ट में दर्ज किया गया. इस दौरान एक अहम खुलासा हुआ, जिसने केस को नई दिशा दे दी है. कसौल स्थित पूर्णिमा गेस्ट हाउस के मैनेजर ने कोर्ट को बताया कि आरोपी मुस्कान और साहिल वहां पति-पत्नी बनकर रुके थे. इस गवाही के बाद अब 21वां गवाह 7 अप्रैल को पेश होगा, जिसे मामले में बड़ा मोड़ माना जा रहा है.

गेस्ट हाउस मैनेजर की अहम गवाही
पीड़ित के वकील विजय बहादुर सिंह के मुताबिक गेस्ट हाउस मैनेजर अमन कुमार ने कोर्ट में अहम दस्तावेज पेश किये. इनमें होटल का रजिस्टर, एंट्री रिकॉर्ड और दोनों आरोपियों के पहचान पत्र शामिल हैं। रजिस्टर में मार्च 2025 की एंट्री है, जिसमें मुस्कान और साहिल ने खुद को पति-पत्नी बताकर कमरा लिया था। यह गवाही इसलिए अहम है क्योंकि इससे इस बात की पुष्टि हो सकती है कि दोनों साथ रहते थे और हत्या के बाद फरार हो गए थे.

21वें गवाह से जुड़े महत्वपूर्ण तथ्य
अब इस मामले में अगली सुनवाई 7 अप्रैल को होगी, जिसमें 21वें गवाह के तौर पर सौरभ के दोस्त संजीव पाल को बुलाया गया है. संजीव वही शख्स है जिससे मुस्कान ने 8 मार्च 2025 को सौरभ के मोबाइल फोन पर बात की थी. वकील के मुताबिक जब संजीव ने सौरभ से बात करने के लिए फोन किया तो मुस्कान ने फोन उठाया और धमकी देते हुए कहा कि वे दोनों साथ घूमने आए हैं और बार-बार फोन करके उसे परेशान न करें. इस गवाही को केस में अहम कड़ी माना जा रहा है.

अब तक 20 गवाहों के बयान दर्ज
इस मामले में अब तक कुल 20 गवाहों के बयान दर्ज किये जा चुके हैं. इनमें सौरभ के परिवार के सदस्य, डॉक्टर, पुलिस अधिकारी, फोरेंसिक टीम, ड्रम विक्रेता, होटल प्रबंधक, कैब ड्राइवर और अन्य महत्वपूर्ण लोग शामिल हैं। पुलिस की ओर से दाखिल की गई चार्जशीट में कुल 35 गवाहों को शामिल किया गया है, जिसके आधार पर केस को मजबूती मिल रही है.
