कार्यक्रम में नेपियर घास, अजोला, कटा हुआ चारा एवं पशु पोषण का महत्व बताया गया। ओकमी लाइवस्टॉक के श्री पुष्पेन्द्र जी ने दुधारू पशुओं एवं बकरी पालन में खनिज मिश्रण के उपयोग के बारे में जानकारी दी, जिससे दूध उत्पादन बढ़ाया जा सकता है। साथ ही इंडियन इम्यूनोलॉजिकल्स के श्री पवन सिंह ने पशु रोगों, टीकाकरण और उचित पालन प्रबंधन पर विस्तार से बताया।

गर्मी से बचाव के उपाय भी बताए गए
बढ़ती गर्मी को देखते हुए विशेषज्ञों ने जानवरों की देखभाल के लिए जरूरी उपाय सुझाए हैं. उन्होंने कहा कि पशुओं को समय पर चारा उपलब्ध कराना, दोपहर में ठंडा पानी उपलब्ध कराना, शेड में स्प्रिंकलर लगाना तथा छत पर पैरा का उपयोग करना जरूरी है। इससे पशु स्वस्थ रहते हैं और उनकी उत्पादकता बढ़ती है।

‘हर घर में एक दुधारू पशु’ अभियान पर जोर
केवीके अभियान “हर घर के लिए एक दुधारू पशु” के अंतर्गत बताया गया कि यदि प्रत्येक परिवार एक दुधारू पशु पालता है तो वह वर्ष में एक बार दूध देकर 6 माह तक दूध दे सकता है। इससे पशुपालन को आसान और लाभदायक बनाया जा सकता है।

सरकारी योजनाओं एवं ऋणों की जानकारी
प्रशिक्षण में राष्ट्रीय पशुधन मिशन, गोकुल मिशन और गौशाला योजना जैसी योजनाओं की जानकारी दी गयी. बताया गया कि किसान, युवा एवं स्वयं सहायता समूह इन योजनाओं का लाभ उठा सकते हैं। लोन के लिए आधार कार्ड, बैंक खाता, फोटोग्राफ, प्रशिक्षण प्रमाणपत्र और एक साधारण प्रोजेक्ट रिपोर्ट की आवश्यकता होती है।

प्रमाण पत्र एवं सामग्री का वितरण
कार्यक्रम के अंत में प्रतिभागियों को बुकलेट, बैग एवं प्रशिक्षण प्रमाण पत्र वितरित किये गये। इस अवसर पर केंद्र के डॉ. अमित केशरी, डॉ. प्रदीप एवं डॉ. शेष नाथ ने भी कार्यक्रम में योगदान दिया।
