कौशांबी जिले में प्रशासन ने ग्राम चौपाल का आयोजन कर ग्रामीण समस्याओं के समाधान की अहम पहल की. जिलाधिकारी डॉ. अमित पाल ने “गांव की समस्या, गांव का समाधान” अभियान के तहत कौशांबी विकास खंड के रसूलपुर बड़ागांव में चौपाल लगाकर ग्रामीणों की समस्याएं सुनीं। इस दौरान उन्होंने विभिन्न सरकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी ली और संबंधित अधिकारियों को त्वरित कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया. चौपाल में शिक्षा, सड़क, बिजली और स्वास्थ्य से जुड़े मुद्दे सामने आये. जिलाधिकारी ने स्पष्ट किया कि पात्रों को योजनाओं का लाभ हर हाल में मिलना चाहिए।

ग्राम चौपाल में सुनी समस्याएं और योजनाओं की समीक्षा
ग्राम चौपाल के दौरान जिलाधिकारी ने ग्रामीणों से सीधा संवाद किया और पोषण, पेंशन, शौचालय, राशन, कन्या सुमंगला योजना और आवास योजना से संबंधित लाभ के बारे में जानकारी ली। उन्होंने अधिकारियों से कहा कि कोई भी पात्र व्यक्ति इन योजनाओं से वंचित नहीं रहना चाहिए। स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की स्थिति की भी जानकारी ली गयी, जिसमें ग्रामीणों ने संतोष व्यक्त किया.

शिक्षा व्यवस्था पर असंतोष, सुधार के सख्त निर्देश
चौपाल में ग्रामीणों ने शिकायत की कि विद्यालय के शिक्षक पढ़ाने में रुचि नहीं लेते हैं. इस पर जिलाधिकारी ने कड़ी नाराजगी व्यक्त करते हुए जिला बेसिक शिक्षा अधिकारी को 15 दिन के भीतर शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता में सुधार लाने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही चेतावनी दी कि सुधार न होने पर संबंधित शिक्षकों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

सड़क और बिजली व्यवस्था सुधारने के निर्देश
शाम को ग्रामीणों ने खराब सड़कें और बिजली न होने की समस्या भी उठाई। इस पर जिलाधिकारी ने प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी को सभी सड़कों की मरम्मत कराने तथा बिजली विभाग को समय पर आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया.

महिलाओं और योजनाओं पर विशेष फोकस
जिलाधिकारी ने स्वयं सहायता समूहों एवं ”लखपति दीदी” योजना के बारे में जानकारी ली तथा महिलाओं को योजनाओं से जोड़ने पर जोर दिया। उन्होंने गर्भवती महिलाओं को पौष्टिक भोजन उपलब्ध कराया और बच्चों को भी भोजन उपलब्ध कराया।

मुख्य विकास अधिकारी विनोद राम त्रिपाठी ने बताया कि आवास योजना के लिए 65 परिवार और 5 निराश्रित महिलाओं को चिन्हित किया गया है। इस मौके पर मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी डॉ. संजय कुमार समेत कई अधिकारी मौजूद थे। प्रशासन ने शीघ्र समाधान का आश्वासन दिया।
