New Chandigarh: It was a long time ago when Prince Yadav had to face frequent beatings from his father for roaming around the neighborhood to play tennis-ball cricket. मौका पाकर हमला कर दिया
बताया जा रहा है कि भरत यादव हाल ही में गांव लौटा था. इसी बीच देर शाम अशोक पांडे अपने कुछ दोस्तों के साथ वहां पहुंच गया. आरोप है कि उसने अचानक भरत यादव पर कुल्हाड़ी से हमला कर दिया. सिर पर गहरी चोट लगने से भरत यादव की मौके पर ही मौत हो गयी.

घटना के बाद हड़कंप मच गया
हत्या की खबर फैलते ही गांव में हड़कंप मच गया. मौके पर बड़ी संख्या में लोग जमा हो गये. मृतक के परिजनों का रो-रोकर बुरा हाल है. मृतक के पिता ने अशोक पांडे और उसके साथियों पर हत्या का आरोप लगाया है और कड़ी कार्रवाई की मांग की है.

जांच में जुटी पुलिस, जल्द गिरफ्तारी का दावा
सूचना मिलते ही एएसपी राजेश कुमार सिंह पुलिस बल के साथ मौके पर पहुंचे. पुलिस ने शव को कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज दिया है. अधिकारियों का कहना है कि आरोपियों की तलाश तेज कर दी गई है और उन्हें जल्द ही गिरफ्तार कर लिया जाएगा. पुलिस हर पहलू से मामले की जांच कर रही है।

New Delhi: With less than 1% of patients in India receiving palliative care, the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) is set to launch a multi-state implementation study to develop and scale up services in the public health system.Palliative care – focused on relieving pain and improving quality of life for patients with serious illnesses such as cancer, neurological disorders and advanced chronic conditions – remains largely out of reach for most Indians.However, the need is substantial. Studies estimate that 6.21 out of every 1,000 people in India require palliative care, which is in greater demand in rural areas and among the elderly. Globally, 56.8 million people need such care each year, the majority of them in low- and middle-income countries.Experts have warned that the burden is sure to increase rapidly. The World Health Organization estimates that chronic health-related suffering will increase by 87% by 2060 due to the aging population and increase in non-communicable diseases.Despite this, access in India remains among the lowest globally due to lack of trained personnel, limited services at the grassroots level, regulatory barriers, and poor integration into the health care system.For families, the impact is severe.
