निरीक्षण के दौरान वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक ने परेड के अनुशासन, ड्रिल की गुणवत्ता, मार्च पास्ट की सटीकता, सलामी प्रक्रिया, मंच व्यवस्था, सुरक्षा व्यवस्था एवं अन्य आवश्यक व्यवस्थाओं की सूक्ष्मता से जांच की। उन्होंने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिये कि परेड समारोह गरिमामय एवं सुव्यवस्थित ढंग से सम्पन्न कराया जाये, जिससे जिला पुलिस की व्यावसायिक कार्यशैली एवं अनुशासन की उत्कृष्ट छवि प्रदर्शित हो।

उन्होंने अधिकारियों से यह भी सुनिश्चित करने को कहा कि सभी व्यवस्थाएं उच्च गुणवत्ता के साथ समयबद्ध तरीके से पूरी की जाएं।
