मुजफ्फरनगर मोरना ब्लॉक स्थित धीराहेड़ी गांव में हुई भारतीय किसान यूनियन (बीकेयू) की महत्वपूर्ण बैठक में संगठन विस्तार, किसान एकजुटता और आगामी कार्यक्रमों को लेकर व्यापक रणनीति बनाई गई. बैठक के दौरान भाकियू के राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता मो राकेश टिकैत उन्होंने भारतीय जनता पार्टी पर तीखा हमला बोलते हुए कार्यकर्ताओं और किसानों को राजनीतिक रूप से सतर्क रहने की सलाह दी.

बैठक में बड़ी संख्या में किसान, ग्रामीण, युवा कार्यकर्ता व संगठन के पदाधिकारी मौजूद थे. कार्यक्रम के दौरान किसानों से गांव-गांव जाकर संगठन को मजबूत करने और युवाओं को किसान आंदोलन से जोड़ने का आह्वान किया गया.

‘बीजेपी चला रही है भर्ती अभियान’, राकेश टिकैत का बड़ा बयान

सभा को संबोधित करते हुए राकेश टिकैत कहा कि भारतीय जनता पार्टी पूरे देश में ”भर्ती अभियान” चला रही है. उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि जो भी सरकार के खिलाफ आवाज उठाता है, उसे अपनी पार्टी में शामिल करने की कोशिश की जाती है.

उन्होंने कार्यकर्ताओं से कहा, ”आप लोगों पर भी डोरे डाले जाएंगे और मंत्रों का जाप किया जाएगा, लेकिन उनके बहकावे में मत आना.” उनके बयान के बाद बैठक में मौजूद किसानों और कार्यकर्ताओं ने भी अपना पुरजोर समर्थन जताया.

बैठक में भारतीय किसान संघ के संगठन विस्तार पर भी विस्तार से चर्चा हुई. पदाधिकारियों ने कहा कि गांव-गांव तक सदस्यता अभियान चलाया जाएगा और बड़ी संख्या में युवाओं को संगठन से जोड़ा जाएगा.

बैठक के दौरान किसान नेता महेंद्र सिंह टिकैट आगामी पुण्य तिथि को लेकर भी चर्चा हुई। संस्था की ओर से बताया गया कि 15 मई को जगह-जगह श्रद्धांजलि कार्यक्रम आयोजित किये जायेंगे.

बीकेयू नेताओं ने कहा कि चौधरी महेंद्र सिंह टिकैत ने किसानों की आवाज को राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर पहचान दिलाने का काम किया है. उनके संघर्ष और आंदोलन आज भी किसानों के लिए प्रेरणास्रोत माने जाते हैं।

बैठक में मौजूद कई वक्ताओं ने कहा कि टिकैत परिवार ने किसानों के हितों के लिए लंबे समय तक संघर्ष किया है और आज भी किसानों की समस्याओं को प्रमुखता से उठाया जा रहा है.

हरिद्वार चिंतन महाकुंभ को लेकर भी बनी रणनीति

बैठक में जून माह में हरिद्वार में प्रस्तावित चिंतन महाकुंभ को लेकर भी चर्चा हुई. संगठन के नेताओं ने कहा कि इस कार्यक्रम में किसान आंदोलन, कृषि नीति, एमएसपी, गन्ना भुगतान और ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था जैसे कई मुद्दों पर चर्चा की जाएगी.

बीकेयू पदाधिकारियों ने कहा कि चिंतन महाकुंभ न केवल एक संगठनात्मक बैठक होगी बल्कि किसानों की भविष्य की रणनीति तय करने का मंच भी होगा. इसमें विभिन्न राज्यों से किसान प्रतिनिधियों के शामिल होने की संभावना है.

धीराहेड़ी गांव में एकत्र हुए किसान व ग्रामीण

यह बैठक बीकेयू के राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता राकेश टिकैत के निर्देश और जिला अध्यक्ष चौधरी नवीन राठी के नेतृत्व में आयोजित की गई. कार्यक्रम के आयोजन में ब्लॉक अध्यक्ष अनुज राठी ने अहम भूमिका निभाई।

कार्यक्रम में मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने कहा कि शिक्षण संस्थानों का विकास राष्ट्र निर्माण की आधारशिला है. उन्होंने कहा कि सीमांत एवं ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में आधुनिक सुविधाओं से युक्त शिक्षण वातावरण उपलब्ध कराना समय की मांग है। योगी आदित्यनाथ ने कहा कि महायोगी गुरु गोरखनाथ की तपोभूमि से जुड़े इस क्षेत्र में शिक्षा और संस्कार दोनों को समान महत्व दिया जाना चाहिए. उन्होंने बीकेटीसी के अध्यक्ष हेमन्त द्विवेदी के योगदान की सराहना की।

अमेठी जिले में जल जीवन मिशन के तहत चल रही ग्रामीण पाइप पेयजल परियोजनाओं को लेकर जिलाधिकारी संजय चौहान ने अधिकारियों और कार्यदायी संस्थाओं को सख्त निर्देश दिए हैं। गुरुवार को समाहरणालय सभागार में आयोजित समीक्षा बैठक में योजनाओं की प्रगति का जायजा लेते हुए डीएम ने कहा कि सरकार की इस महत्वाकांक्षी योजना में किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही या अनियमितता बर्दाश्त नहीं की जायेगी. उन्होंने स्पष्ट कहा कि गांवों में शुद्ध पेयजल उपलब्ध कराना प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता है और सभी कार्य तय समय सीमा के अंदर पूरे किये जाने चाहिए. बैठक में मुख्य विकास अधिकारी पूजा साहू, जल निगम विभाग के अधिकारी एवं कार्यदायी संस्थाओं के कर्मचारी भी मौजूद रहे।

हर घर तक शुद्ध पानी पहुंचाने पर जोर
बैठक के दौरान जिलाधिकारी संजय चौहान ने कहा कि जल जीवन मिशन का मुख्य उद्देश्य ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में प्रत्येक घर को स्वच्छ एवं शुद्ध पेयजल उपलब्ध कराना है। उन्होंने परियोजनाओं के तहत पाइपलाइन बिछाने, जल कनेक्शन, सामग्री की उपलब्धता और जल गुणवत्ता परीक्षण की विस्तृत समीक्षा की। डीएम ने अधिकारियों से कार्य की वर्तमान स्थिति की जानकारी ली और जहां कार्य धीमा पाया गया, उसमें तेजी लाने का निर्देश दिया.

लापरवाही पाए जाने पर कार्रवाई की जाएगी
जिलाधिकारी ने स्पष्ट शब्दों में कहा कि कार्यों में किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही, अनियमितता अथवा गुणवत्ता की कमी पाये जाने पर संबंधित अधिकारियों एवं कार्यदायी संस्थाओं के विरूद्ध कार्यवाही की जायेगी। उन्होंने सभी एजेंसियों को गुणवत्ता के साथ समय पर कार्य पूरा करने का निर्देश दिया. डीएम ने कहा कि ग्रामीणों को किसी भी प्रकार की परेशानी नहीं होनी चाहिए और यह जरूरी है कि योजनाओं का लाभ लोगों तक समय पर पहुंचे.

गांवों में जाकर जांच करने के निर्देश
समीक्षा बैठक में डीएम ने अधिकारियों को गांवों में जाकर योजनाओं की जमीनी हकीकत जांचने का निर्देश दिया. उन्होंने कहा कि केवल कागजी रिपोर्ट पर भरोसा नहीं करना चाहिए, बल्कि मौके पर जाकर कार्यों का निरीक्षण करना चाहिए। पानी की गुणवत्ता की नियमित जांच और पाइपलाइन कार्यों की निगरानी पर भी जोर दिया गया।

समय सीमा के अंदर कार्य पूरा करने का निर्देश
बैठक के अंत में जिलाधिकारी ने सभी विभागीय अधिकारियों एवं कार्यदायी संस्थाओं को सभी कार्य निर्धारित समय सीमा के अन्दर पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिये। उन्होंने कहा कि जल जीवन मिशन जैसी योजनाएं ग्रामीणों के जीवन स्तर को बेहतर बनाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाती हैं, इसलिए इसमें किसी भी तरह की देरी स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी।
