अग्निशमन अधिकारियों के मुताबिक, प्लास्टिक सामग्री की मात्रा अधिक होने के कारण आग और धुआं दोनों तेजी से फैल गए, जिससे आग बुझाना काफी मुश्किल हो गया।

दमकल की 6 गाड़ियां और फैक्ट्री के फायर टेंडर मौके पर पहुंचे

घटना की जानकारी मिलते ही अग्निशमन विभाग पूरी तरह सक्रिय हो गया. दमकल विभाग की करीब छह गाड़ियां तुरंत मौके पर पहुंच गईं। इसके अलावा आसपास की फैक्ट्रियों से भी दमकल की गाड़ियां बुलाई गईं ताकि आग पर जल्द काबू पाया जा सके.

फायर ब्रिगेड कर्मियों ने दोनों तरफ से आग बुझाने का प्रयास शुरू किया। कई घंटों तक लगातार पानी और फोम का इस्तेमाल किया गया. आग की तीव्रता इतनी ज्यादा थी कि एहतियातन आसपास का इलाका भी खाली करा लिया गया.

अग्निशमन विभाग अधिकारी आरके यादव बताया कि उन्हें रात 1.30 से 2 बजे के बीच आग लगने की सूचना मिली थी, जिसके बाद टीम तुरंत मौके पर पहुंची.

7 घंटे की मशक्कत के बाद आग पर काबू पाया गया.

अग्निशमन विभाग और स्थानीय प्रशासन के संयुक्त प्रयास के बाद करीब सात घंटे की कड़ी मशक्कत के बाद आग पर पूरी तरह से काबू पाया गया. अधिकारियों का कहना है कि अगर दमकल विभाग समय पर नहीं पहुंचता तो आग आसपास की अन्य दुकानों और गोदामों में भी फैल सकती थी.

दमकल अधिकारियों के मुताबिक गोदाम काफी बड़ा था और भारी मात्रा में सामान भरा हुआ था. इस कारण आग पर काबू पाने में काफी समय लग गया.

राहत की बात यह है कि इस हादसे में किसी के घायल होने या मरने की कोई सूचना नहीं है।

घटना के बाद पीड़ित व्यवसायी शुभम गुप्ता ने बताया कि उन्हें रात में फोन पर सूचना मिली कि उनकी दुकान में आग लग गयी है. जब वह मौके पर पहुंचे तो पूरा गोदाम जल रहा था।

उन्होंने बताया कि दुकान में किसानों के उपयोग में आने वाली वस्तुएं जैसे रस्सियां, तिरपाल, गुड़, ओखली, चोकर सहित अन्य आवश्यक सामग्री रखी हुई थी, जो आग में पूरी तरह जल गई।

कारोबारी ने भावुक होकर कहा, “हमारा पूरा कारोबार बर्बाद हो गया है. नुकसान का सही आकलन अभी नहीं हुआ है, लेकिन सबकुछ बर्बाद हो गया है.”

व्यापारियों में चिंता, सुरक्षा व्यवस्था पर उठे सवाल
