New Delhi: BJP national general secretary Tarun Chugh sent a legal notice on Thursday. Chief Minister of Punjab Bhagwant MaanDemanding an apology over his remarks allegedly linking the saffron party to the recent blast incidents in Punjab, accused him of attempting to “tarnish the reputation, credibility and public standing” of the saffron party.The BJP leader demanded that Mann immediately withdraw the statement and issue a public apology on print, electronic and social media platforms, and refrain from making any “derogatory or inflammatory” comments against the BJP or its leaders.The notice also warned that failure to comply within seven days would result in criminal prosecution for defamation, proceedings relating to the dissemination of false information and civil action seeking compensation for reputational loss.The move comes a day after back-to-back blast incidents in Amritsar and Jalandhar triggered panic in the state and triggered a political clash between the ruling AAP and the BJP.Reacting to Wednesday’s incidents, Mann had alleged that the BJP creates unrest in the states before the elections. Officials are still confirming the exact number of blasts and the cause of the incident, while samples have been sent for forensic analysis. वक्ताओं ने कहा कि सिर्फ कानून बनाना ही काफी नहीं है, बल्कि उनका सख्ती से पालन भी जरूरी है, ताकि महिलाओं के खिलाफ अपराध करने वालों में डर पैदा हो सके. कई महिला कार्यकर्ताओं ने ग्रामीण इलाकों में सुरक्षा व्यवस्था मजबूत करने और महिला हेल्पलाइन सेवाओं को और अधिक सक्रिय बनाने की मांग भी उठाई.

2027 के विधानसभा चुनाव में महिलाओं को 50 फीसदी टिकट देने की मांग

बैठक में सबसे ज्यादा चर्चा आगामी 2027 विधानसभा चुनाव को लेकर हुई. महिला मोर्चा ने राजनीति में महिलाओं को अधिक प्रतिनिधित्व देने की मांग उठाई.

कार्यक्रम में प्रस्ताव रखा गया कि आगामी चुनाव में 50 फीसदी टिकट महिलाओं को दिये जाएं, ताकि राजनीतिक निर्णय प्रक्रिया में उनकी भागीदारी मजबूत हो सके. वक्ताओं ने कहा कि आज महिलाएं हर क्षेत्र में अपनी काबिलियत साबित कर रही हैं, इसलिए राजनीति में भी उन्हें समान अवसर मिलना चाहिए।

बैठक के दौरान मौजूद महिला कर्मियों के बीच यह मांग चर्चा का केंद्र बनी रही.

महिला कमांडो यूनिट बनाने की योजना पर चर्चा

महिला मोर्चा की जिला अध्यक्ष मो -पूनम चौधरी अपने संबोधन में कहा कि समय तेजी से बदल रहा है और महिलाएं अब खुलकर अपने हक के लिए आवाज उठा रही हैं.

उन्होंने कहा कि क्रांति सेना महिला मोर्चा हर जिले में महिला कमांडो यूनिट बनाने की योजना पर काम करेगी. उन्होंने कहा कि इसका उद्देश्य महिलाओं को जागरूक और आत्मरक्षा के लिए सक्षम बनाना है, ताकि जरूरत पड़ने पर वे अपनी और अन्य महिलाओं की सुरक्षा में मदद कर सकें.

पूनम चौधरी ने कहा कि महिलाओं को न केवल सामाजिक रूप से बल्कि मानसिक और शारीरिक रूप से भी सशक्त बनाना समय की मांग है।

कई महिलाओं ने कहा कि आज भी गांवों में महिलाओं को आत्मनिर्भर बनने के पर्याप्त अवसर नहीं मिल पा रहे हैं. इस दौरान स्वरोजगार योजनाओं, प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों और महिला समूहों को मजबूत करने की जरूरत पर भी जोर दिया गया.

बैठक में कई महत्वपूर्ण प्रस्ताव पारित किये गये. इनमें पूरे उत्तर प्रदेश में बड़े पैमाने पर “बेटी बचाओ, बेटी पढ़ाओ, बेटी लड़ो” अभियान चलाने का निर्णय प्रमुख था।

संगठन का कहना है कि इस अभियान का उद्देश्य सिर्फ शिक्षा तक ही सीमित नहीं रहेगा, बल्कि महिलाओं को उनके अधिकारों और सुरक्षा के प्रति जागरूक करना भी इसका हिस्सा होगा।

अधिकारियों ने कहा कि समाज में महिलाओं की स्थिति मजबूत करने के लिए जागरूकता अभियान को गांव-गांव तक पहुंचाना जरूरी है.

कार्यक्रम के दौरान संगठन को और मजबूत करने के लिए प्रत्येक ब्लॉक स्तर पर महिला मोर्चा इकाइयों का गठन करने का भी निर्णय लिया गया।

क्रांति सेना के अध्यक्ष मुकेश त्यागी और नगर अध्यक्ष देवेन्द्र चौहान कहा कि संगठन अब जमीनी स्तर पर महिलाओं की भागीदारी बढ़ाने पर विशेष ध्यान देगा।

उन्होंने कहा कि महिलाओं की सक्रिय भागीदारी से संगठन सामाजिक मुद्दों पर और अधिक प्रभावी ढंग से काम कर सकेगा।

जानकारी के मुताबिक, बाघेलापुर गांव निवासी राम निहोरा सरोज के बेटे गिरजेश ने करीब दस साल पहले गांव के ही राजलाल रैदास की बेटी रिंकी से प्रेम विवाह किया था. दोनों पति-पत्नी पिछले कई सालों से साथ रह रहे थे. गुरुवार की सुबह करीब सात बजे महिला का शव घर के अंदर फंदे पर लटका मिला, जिससे परिवार में हड़कंप मच गया।

पुलिस जांच एवं फील्ड यूनिट की कार्यवाही
ग्रामीणों ने तुरंत घटना की जानकारी पुलिस को दी. सूचना मिलते ही कोखराज पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और जांच पड़ताल की। साथ ही फील्ड यूनिट को भी बुलाया गया, जिसने घटना स्थल की विस्तार से जांच की. प्रारंभिक जांच के बाद पुलिस ने शव को नीचे उतारकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज दिया है।

परिजनों में शोक, कारणों की जांच जारी
घटना के बाद परिवार में गहरा दुख पसरा हुआ है और परिजनों का रो-रोकर बुरा हाल है. महिला के आत्महत्या के कारणों का अभी स्पष्ट पता नहीं चल पाया है। पुलिस सभी पहलुओं को ध्यान में रखकर मामले की जांच कर रही है और आसपास के लोगों से भी पूछताछ की जा रही है. फिलहाल पुलिस ने कहा है कि पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट और जांच के बाद ही आगे की स्थिति स्पष्ट होगी.
