A 19-year-old accused of spreading bomb hoaxes at Peter’s comedy show was removed from court after repeatedly disrupting proceedings. मुजफ्फरनगर सोमवार सुबह उस समय हड़कंप मच गया जब रूड़की रोड पर बिजली घर के पास सड़क किनारे एक अधेड़ व्यक्ति का शव पड़ा मिला। इस मामले ने स्थानीय लोगों को कुछ देर के लिए सदमे में डाल दिया. जैसे ही सुबह टहलने निकले लोगों और काम पर जा रहे राहगीरों की नजर शव पर पड़ी तो उन्होंने तुरंत पुलिस को सूचना दी.

कुछ ही देर में मौके पर भीड़ जमा हो गई और इलाके में चर्चा का माहौल बन गया. सूचना मिलते ही सिविल लाइन थाना पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और घटना स्थल का निरीक्षण शुरू किया.

पहचान में काफी मेहनत की गई, बाद में नाम सामने आया

मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस ने शव को कब्जे में ले लिया और आसपास मौजूद लोगों से पूछताछ शुरू कर दी. शुरुआत में मृतक की पहचान स्पष्ट नहीं हो पाई, जिससे स्थिति और संवेदनशील हो गई.

काफी प्रयास के बाद मृतक की पहचान शहर कोतवाली क्षेत्र के एकता विहार निवासी 52 वर्षीय सुरेंद्र के रूप में हुई। पहचान होते ही परिजनों को सूचना दी गई, जिसके बाद वे भी मौके पर पहुंच गए।

शुरुआती जांच में लाइफस्टाइल से जुड़ी बातें सामने आईं

थाना प्रभारी महावीर सिंह चौहान के अनुसार प्रारंभिक जानकारी में पता चला कि मृतक सुरेंद्र को शराब पीने की आदत थी और वह अक्सर घर से बाहर रहता था. पुलिस का मानना ​​है कि उसकी जीवनशैली भी इस घटना से जुड़ी हो सकती है.

हालांकि, पुलिस ने स्पष्ट किया कि मौत के कारण को लेकर अभी तक कोई अंतिम निष्कर्ष नहीं निकाला गया है और सभी संभावनाओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए मामले की जांच की जा रही है।

घटना में अहम मोड़ तब आया जब मृतक के परिजनों ने पोस्टमार्टम कराने से साफ इनकार कर दिया. उन्होंने पुलिस से बिना किसी कानूनी प्रक्रिया के शव उन्हें सौंपने का अनुरोध किया।

पुलिस ने बताया कि परिजनों की ओर से कोई आरोप नहीं लगाया गया है और न ही किसी संदिग्ध परिस्थिति की शिकायत की गयी है. ऐसे में कानूनी प्रक्रिया के तहत जरूरी औपचारिकताओं के बाद शव परिजनों को सौंप दिया गया.

कोई कानूनी कार्रवाई नहीं, मामला यहीं खत्म हो गया

पुलिस अधिकारियों के मुताबिक, चूंकि परिवार ने कोई आरोप नहीं लगाया और पोस्टमार्टम कराने से भी इनकार कर दिया, इसलिए इस मामले में आगे कोई कानूनी कार्रवाई नहीं की गई.

हालांकि, पुलिस ने यह भी साफ किया कि अगर भविष्य में कोई नई जानकारी सामने आती है या कोई शिकायत दर्ज होती है तो मामले को दोबारा जांच के दायरे में लिया जा सकता है.

स्थानीय लोगों में चर्चा, लेकिन स्थिति सामान्य

घटना के बाद कुछ देर तक इलाके में चर्चा का माहौल रहा, लेकिन पुलिस की कार्रवाई और स्थिति स्पष्ट होने के बाद स्थिति सामान्य हो गयी. लोगों ने राहत की सांस ली कि मामला किसी आपराधिक गतिविधि से जुड़ा नहीं पाया गया.

मुजफ्फरनगर में सड़क किनारे मिले इस शव की घटना से कुछ देर के लिए इलाके में सनसनी फैल गई, लेकिन शुरुआती जांच और परिजनों के रुख के बाद मामला शांत हो गया. पुलिस ने जिम्मेदारी से काम करते हुए शव को परिजनों को सौंप दिया, वहीं मौत की वजह स्पष्ट न होने के बावजूद फिलहाल कोई आपराधिक संदेह सामने नहीं आया है.
