निरीक्षण के दौरान थाना कार्यालय में रखे गये विभिन्न अभिलेखों एवं अपराध पंजियों की स्थिति की बारीकी से जांच की गयी. नगर पुलिस अधीक्षक ने लंबित विवेचनाओं की प्रगति की समीक्षा करते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों को प्रकरणों के त्वरित एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण निस्तारण हेतु निर्देशित किया।

उन्होंने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि पुलिस व्यवस्था की विश्वसनीयता के लिए अपराध से संबंधित अभिलेखों का व्यवस्थित रखरखाव अत्यंत आवश्यक है। अद्यतन रजिस्टर और समय पर कार्रवाई से न केवल जांच प्रक्रिया मजबूत होती है बल्कि जनता का विश्वास भी बढ़ता है।

साइबर हेल्प डेस्क एवं कम्प्यूटर कक्ष की व्यवस्थाओं की समीक्षा की गई।

तेजी से बढ़ रहे साइबर अपराधों को देखते हुए निरीक्षण के दौरान साइबर हेल्प डेस्क एवं कम्प्यूटर कक्ष पर विशेष ध्यान दिया गया। अधिकारियों को यह सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया कि सभी डेटा प्रविष्टियां समय पर और त्रुटि मुक्त तरीके से अपडेट की जाएं।

एसपी सिटी ने स्पष्ट किया कि डिजिटल रिकॉर्ड और साइबर शिकायतों का उचित प्रबंधन वर्तमान समय में पुलिसिंग का बहुत महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा बन गया है। उन्होंने कर्मचारियों से तकनीकी मामलों में सतर्कता एवं दक्षता बनाए रखने को कहा।

मिशन शक्ति केंद्र में महिलाओं की शिकायतों के निस्तारण पर जोर

निरीक्षण के दौरान मिशन शक्ति केन्द्र की व्यवस्थाओं का भी जायजा लिया। नगर पुलिस अधीक्षक ने महिला संबंधी शिकायतों के त्वरित, संवेदनशील एवं प्रभावी निस्तारण पर विशेष जोर दिया।

उन्होंने निर्देश दिये कि पीड़ित महिलाओं को सुरक्षित वातावरण एवं समय पर आवश्यक सहायता उपलब्ध करायी जाय। यह भी कहा कि महिला सुरक्षा से जुड़े मामलों में कोई लापरवाही नहीं होनी चाहिए।

फरियादियों की समस्याएं सुनकर तत्काल कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए गए।

आगंतुक कक्ष में मौजूद फरियादियों की समस्याओं को भी गंभीरता से सुना गया। निरीक्षण के दौरान नगर पुलिस अधीक्षक ने अधिकारियों से कहा कि थाने में आने वाले प्रत्येक व्यक्ति की शिकायत दर्ज कर प्राथमिकता के आधार पर समाधान किया जाये.

उन्होंने कहा कि ड्यूटी पर तैनात पुलिस कर्मियों को स्वच्छ, पौष्टिक और गुणवत्तापूर्ण भोजन उपलब्ध कराना आवश्यक है, क्योंकि बेहतर दक्षता के लिए स्वास्थ्य और अनुशासन दोनों महत्वपूर्ण हैं।
