जिला अधिकारी उमेश मिश्रा पत्रकारों से बातचीत करते हुए उन्होंने बताया कि इस बार जनगणना प्रक्रिया के पहले चरण को पूरी तरह से डिजिटल रखा गया है, जिससे आम नागरिक भी अपना ब्योरा खुद दर्ज करा सकेंगे.

ऑनलाइन जनगणना: आप 7 मई से 21 मई तक विवरण स्वयं भर सकते हैं

प्रत्येक प्रगणक को करीब 180 घरों की जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई है, ताकि समयबद्ध तरीके से काम पूरा किया जा सके।

जिले को 14 सेक्टरों में बांटकर बनाई गई रणनीति

पूरे जिले को 14 प्रशासनिक क्षेत्रों में बांटा गया है, ताकि काम व्यवस्थित ढंग से संचालित हो सके. हर क्षेत्र में अलग-अलग टीमों को जिम्मेदारी दी गई है और समन्वय के लिए विशेष निगरानी व्यवस्था भी बनाई गई है.

इससे जनगणना प्रक्रिया को सुचारू रूप से पूरा करने में मदद मिलने की उम्मीद है.

34 सवालों के जरिए विस्तृत जानकारी जुटाई जाएगी

अपर जिला अधिकारी गजेंद्र कुमार बताया कि इस बार जनगणना के दौरान कुल 34 प्रश्न पूछे जायेंगे. ये सवाल सामाजिक, आर्थिक और पारिवारिक स्थिति से जुड़े होंगे.

इसके लिए सभी कर्मचारियों को तकनीकी एवं व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण दिया गया है, ताकि उन्हें नागरिकों से सही जानकारी मिल सके और प्रक्रिया में कोई त्रुटि न हो.

हर वर्ग की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करने की योजना

जनगणना प्रक्रिया को व्यापक एवं समावेशी बनाने के लिए इसमें समाज के विभिन्न वर्गों को शामिल किया गया है। इसमें सभी वर्ग जैसे जन प्रतिनिधि, मीडिया कर्मी, संस्थान, पुलिस, अर्धसैनिक बल, वकील और न्यायिक अधिकारियों के लिए अलग-अलग तिथियां तय की गई हैं।

मीडिया प्रतिनिधियों के लिए 9 मई की तिथि निर्धारित की गयी है, ताकि सूचना का प्रभावी ढंग से प्रचार-प्रसार किया जा सके.

प्रशासन ने नागरिकों से अपील की है कि यदि जनगणना से संबंधित कोई भी समस्या आती है तो वे सीधे जिला प्रशासन से संपर्क करें. जिलाधिकारी एवं अपर जिलाधिकारी स्तर पर शिकायतों के निस्तारण की व्यवस्था की गई है।

इससे यह सुनिश्चित होगा कि प्रक्रिया के दौरान किसी भी व्यक्ति को अनावश्यक परेशानी का सामना नहीं करना पड़ेगा।
